In June 2015,the General Office of the State Council issued a document on the “Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Supporting the Development of Xinjiang Textile and Apparel Industry and Promoting Employment—Guo Ban Fa [2015] No.2”,which further clarified the development of the textile and garment industry.It is an important part of building the core area of Xinjiang Silk Road Economic Belt.It is of great significance for optimizing Xinjiang's economic structure,promoting the stable employment of Xinjiang,especially the ethnic groups in southern Xinjiang,accelerating the process of new urbanization,and promoting social stability and long-term stability in Xinjiang.Xinjiang's southern Xinjiang as a strategic location is a golden opportunity for development.Aided industries and enterprises are also pouring into southern Xinjiang.The original livelihood-based livelihood cannot meet the development needs of modern society.The rural areas in southern Xinjiang are gradually realized.From the orderly transition from agriculture to work,behind this transition is the modern boost and the pursuit of the minority areas themselves.Therefore,the author went to X Factory X Factory in April 2017 and December to conduct field research,and through interviews and participation observation,formed a field survey note of 30,000 words.This research mainly includes the following four aspects: The first part is the related theoretical concepts and the combing of field points,which lays a theoretical and practical foundation for the development of this research.The second part is the description of the current status of the X plant management model and system,from production and life.The third part is a deep description of the production and living conditions of female workers in X factory.The last part is the revelation of the vocational skills and social status of women in southern Xinjiang after the conversion of the livelihood of the X factory,and the promotion of modernization to the local society and economic development.Based on the field investigation,this study uses ethnological and anthropological methods to describe the entire process of recruitment,induction,training,production,and life of employees in Factory X.Driven by the joint efforts of national policies and local governments,South Xinjiang has further attracted capital and invested in local factories.This has not only solved the problem of the employment of the people in southern Xinjiang and the increase in income of poor families.At the same time,the livelihoods of farmers in modern factories have gradually changed,breaking the pattern of rural farming that has been closed and adhered to in the past,and more and more rural laborers have gathered in the urbanized communities of factories.Underthe joint action of production and living in the X factory in southern Xinjiang,the cognitive scope of ethnic minorities in southern Xinjiang has been continuously broadened,and the concept of life and labor has been continuously updated with the way of modern production.At the same time,modernization has played a leverage role in local social progress and economic development.
