Research On The Project Operation Of Women's Federations In Serving Women's Entrepreneurship

Since the country's call for "Mass entrepreneurship and the innovation of the masses",the government has become more and more engaged in entrepreneurship.In this context,the group organizations are gradually developing into an important channel for solving employment and providing an entrepreneurial platform.The ACWF is active in "Women's Action for Entrepreneurship and Innovation",providing training and consulting services,safeguarding the rights and interests of employment,building a platform for communication and connection,To promote the development of relevant policies on employment and entrepreneurship,to promote the entrepreneurship and employment of women in emerging industries,and to encourage more women to participate in the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship.With the increasing momentum of calling for innovation and Entrepreneurship from all walks of life,the following entrepreneurship problems have gradually emerged.This paper selected "Q project",a female entrepreneurship service project of N city women and children activity center as an example to investigate the operation mode of women and children activity center project from the perspective of social work.In the process of practice,research methods such as literature research,investigation and case analysis are used to understand the specific work of the Women and Children activity Center,a public welfare institution of the Women's Federation,in helping women to start their own businesses and obtain employment.Some sub-projects have been derived and some results have been achieved in serving the female community,but there is a deviation in the later stage of operation,which is different from the original idea.Based on the theory of system and the theory of resource-dependence,this paper makes a study and analysis of the existing difficulties and causes,and tries to put forward some corresponding solutions.The administration of the work mode,too much of the government resources,the lack of professional social work personnel,and so on,have limited the further development of the project.These problems will become an obstacle to the future development of the Women's Federation if it is ignored in the critical period of the transformation of the Women's Federation.Therefore,this study is to perfect the project operation effect from three aspects:project design,women's center,and women's federation.Through the expansion of the financing channel,the government has sought the government's support for women's entrepreneurship,the establishment of the project management office and the increase of social workers.The number of professional personnel and other ways to improve the effectiveness of the project.Based on the investigation of the operation process of the public service Q project of the Women and Children activity Center in N City,this paper attempts to explore the socialized operating mechanism to help women start their own businesses,and to ponder over the enlightenment to the social work profession.
