Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Moral Cultivation Of Teenagers

Youth is the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation.Most of the teenagers in the new era are "after 00" generation,their growing environment,life style and ideology have all changed greatly compared with the past,and the corresponding moral quality is quite different from the previous one under the background of changeable factors.The development of information technology and the trend of economic globalization,the new media,the application of self-media,the collision of foreign culture,the influence of various negative factors,make the past moral education concept,content and methods of moral education,Not enough to adapt to the new environment of moral education for young people.Therefore,in the face of the problems existing in the moral education of young people,It is necessary to explore new solutions and moral education strategies.In this paper,the author defines the teenagers,summarizes the physiological and psychological characteristics of the teenagers on the basis of the research of the moral concepts and the essence of the adolescents,and gives a brief overview of the physical and psychological characteristics of the young people on the basis of this definition.According to the theory of Marxist moral education and socialist moral education with Chinese characteristics,through the analysis of Sohu in the past five years,This paper analyzes the problems existing in the moral education of teenagers on Sina.com,which are reflected in four aspects: social environment,family education,school training and teenagers' self-cultivation.Finally,we should adhere to the guidance of socialist moral values and combine the study of ideological and moral character.Based on the principle of the combination of internal and external factors,the author uses the relevant theories of psychology and sociology to guide the social education and the main foundation of the family education.This paper puts forward a series of solutions to the moral education of teenagers in four aspects: the channel of school education and the initiative of adolescents themselves.
