| The anti domestic violence law of the People's Republic of China has been adopted by the eighteenth meeting of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress(NPC)of the world and has been implemented since March 1,2016."Anti domestic violence law" in China is a very important field of social law,the Ministry of family violence for the purpose of safeguarding the rights and interests of victims of specialized law has experienced a long journey of 20 years and provides a basis for the prevention and suppression of domestic violence,to promote family harmony and maintain social stability is of great significance.The purpose of this study is to explore the protection of the rights and interests of women subject to domestic violence on the basis of the newly promulgated anti domestic violence law.This article first introduces the concept of domestic violence stipulated in the anti domestic violence act,and introduces the concept of domestic violence that compromises women's rights and interests according to the relevant provisions.Next,we will introduce and analyze the phenomenon of domestic violence that damages women's rights and interests,and describe their types,causes and hazards based on the actual situation and related investigations.Then the "domestic violence in anti domestic violence law" preventive measures and treatment measures and personal safety protection order system on the protection of the battered women relief measures were analyzed,and through the actual case to describe the battered women in the application of these remedies in the process encountered problems,through the understanding of the problems,and finally put forward the author thinks that can improve the suggestion.It is hoped that we can give our meager strength for the work of anti domestic violence in China,so that we can get more effective protection of the rights and interests of the violent women in family violence,and promote family harmony and social stability. |
