As a value recognized by the international community,sustainable development should be paid enough attention in the relevant fields of international community.Similarly,the development of an international investment treaty needs to be synchronized with the world,and many of its internal and external problems need to be addressed.On the one hand,the international investment treaty should not blindly raise the threshold of investment,so that the investors will be discouraged.On the other hand,the host country can't just leave the environment and corporate responsibility behind,just to attract investment.The important thing is to take into account both aspects,which requires the ingenious setting of the system,the rational guidance and restraint function of the law,and the effective guarantee of various supporting systems.International investment,international investment treaties and the sustainable development between there are interconnected,and out of the complicated international investment treaties,liberalization,and focus on the development trend of balancing of interests.In terms of content,international investment treaties protect investors too much and play down the interests of the host country,especially the characteristics and demands of developing countries.In addition,in the event of disputes,the international arbitration as a dispute settlement mechanism thou also investors,didn't have very good inhibitory effect on these problems,but in the case of indirect tax demand compensation from the host country.According to this problem,it is imperative to deepen the value target of sustainable development of international investment treaties,needs the international community to participate,this complex problem can be perfected in the end.In this paper,a total of five parts,including introduction,introduced the concept of sustainable development in the international investment treaties and its coordination analysis,sustainable development problemsexisting in the perspective of international investment treaties now,the perfection of the perspective of sustainable development of international investment treaties of advice,and conclusion.Among them,the introduction is a general introduction of full text,including the research background,significance,ideas and methods,the second part of defining the concept of sustainable development,and analyzes the relationship between sustainable development and international investment treaties,then this paper discussed existing problems one by one,and in the fourth part brings forward Suggestions,finally,the full text summarized.
