The Research On Rural Women's Right To Social Security In Nationality Regions

China's social security system is in the process of reform and perfect,and around the country's policies and initiatives has continued to attract society's attention.Now,China's urban social security system has improved,social security systems and public services infrastructure is also formed,but comparatively far behind the social security system in rural areas,especially in ethnic rural areas.The development of both urban and rural areas has been restricted by the urban-rural dual social structure,in the social security system also runs a rural and urban two different systems,coupled with the social,economic and cultural minorities has certain particularities,women could not exercise effectively their right to social security.This article is based on defining the connotation and extension of the right to social security,traces the history of social security in our country,especially since the founding of new China the development course of rural women's right to social security,discusses the characteristics and properties of the national rural women's right to social security;From social insurance,social welfare,social relief,social aspects of care,outlines the achievements of the women exercised the right to social security in the countryside in ethnic areas,discusses national rural women still exist in the exercise of the right to social security the level of social welfare is low,social security coverage,maternity insurance system implemented in place,insurance coverage and low limits,issues such as social security system needs to be improved;Then discussed,the main reasons for include: indifference to the traditional attitudes on women's right to social security,the countryside social security legal system is not perfect,rural public service lagged,disarmament,poverty relief operations there are geographical differences,lack of special measures of protection of rights and interests of rural women in national regions;In drawing useful experience from outside the social security system and women's welfare policy based on exploring ways to realize the right to social security of rural women in the ethnic areas in China.That set up the maintenance of social security rights of rural women in the ethnic areas,speed up the national economic and social development in rural areas,improve rural women's system of realization of the right to social security legislation,the implementation of social welfare measures for rural women,improve the rural social security system in minority areas,from the inside out to build national protection mechanisms for women's right to social security in rural areas.
