In the process of globalization, the communication between different cultures has become increasingly important, documentary translation become one of the important channels of understand the characteristics of national culture. However, during the development of the Chinese nation five thousand years of history,it has accumulated a large number of culture-loaded words reflecting the characteristics of national culture, how to make the interpretation of culture-loaded words more authentic is an important point in consecutive interpretation. This paper selects the documentary "Don't Say You Know Inner Mongolia" as a translation corpus, from the perspective of the three-dimensional transformation theory in ecological translation studies,it focuses on the interpretation of characteristic culture and culture-loaded words in Inner Mongolia. The culture-loaded words in the documentary reflect the unique production and life style of Mongolians gradually formed in the long historical process. The problems found during interpretation mainly include: the rich language connotation of culture-loaded words, the cultural difference and communication between China and the west, the purpose and method of culture-loaded words communication, etc. From the perspective of the three-dimensional transformation of ecological translation studies,in order to adapt to the translation ecological environment of different dimensions, three main specific translation strategies are summarized and developed:the linguistic dimension uses lexical, syntactic and rhetorical ecological conversion;the cultural dimension adopts the transformation between the understanding of cultural connotation, the transmission of cultural connotation and the interpretation of cultural connotation;the communicative dimension adopts meaning-oriented,service-oriented,and rational use of communication marketing knowledge conversion.By applying these three strategies,we can achieve a more accurate translation and successfully overcome the obstacles in the interpretation of culture loaded words. In addition, the success of interpretation requires translators to continuously combine the ecological capabilities of language, relevant background knowledge and professionalism.Through the study and discussion of culture-loaded word interpretation in this simulation practice,it is found that the three-dimensionaltransformation theory of ecological translation can better guide on-site interpretation and optimize the target language from the perspective of ecological balance,in the hope of providing relevant references for other translators and contributing to the spread of Mongolian culture.
