Purpose:According to the tutor’s clinical experience, patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction in non-acute ischemic stroke were selected as the research object of the experiment. On the basis of routine treatment, acupuncture with Qi activity as the main method was applied to observe the clinical effect, its advantages, disadvantages and safety, and to study and explore its function mechanism. At the same time, observe whether the therapeutic effects of the two acupuncture methods are different by comparing with ordinary acupuncture methods to judge whether the Qi activity acupuncture method is worth popularizing and whether it can provide corresponding scientific research ideas.Methods:70 non-acute ischemic stroke patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to a random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional symptomatic treatment such as antiplatelet aggregation, lipid regulation, plaque stabilization, and Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture method and inducing resuscitation according to the principle of individuation.Based on this, the observation group adopted the "Qi activity acupuncture method",taking Xiawan(CV10),Zhongwan(CV12),Shangwan(CV13),Qihai(CV6)and Tianshu(ST25,both sides),together with Guilai(ST29),Zusanli(ST36)and Taichong(LR3).The control group adopted conventional acupoint selection. The two groups retained the needle for 30 minutes once a day,6 times a week,a course of treatment for 2weeks,for a total of 12 times.Adverse events and disease changes should be recorded during treatment, and their specific contents, possible causes, treatment measures and follow-up results should be recorded in a timely manner. Before and after treatment, the patients were scored with NIHSS score scale and gastrointestinal disease TCM symptom score scale respectively, and the score change of gastrointestinal disease TCM symptom score scale was taken as the curative effect observation index in the research process of this topic.Collect relevant data and make statistical analysis.Results:1.Analysis of general data: after statistical analysis, there is no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in terms of gender, age and distribution of TCM syndromes(p > 0.05),which is comparable.2.Comparison of clinical effects: 4 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,17 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective in the observation group, with a total effective rate of 88.57%.In the control group,1 case was cured,9 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective and 12 cases were ineffective, with a total effective rate of65.71%.The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(p < 0.05).3.The comparison of score improvement: after treatment, the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of gastrointestinal diseases in the two groups are lower than before. The differences between the scores of observation group and control group before and after treatment are statistically significant(p < 0.05).After treatment, the scores of observation group are lower than those of control group and the differences between the scores of the two groups are statistically significant(p < 0.05),indicating that both acupuncture methods can reduce the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of gastrointestinal diseases, improve the level of gastrointestinal dysfunction of patients, and improve the quality of life, but the improvement scores of observation group are more obvious. There was no significant difference in NIHSS score between the two groups before treatment(P=0.685,P > 0.05),which was comparable. There was no significant difference in NIHSS score between the two groups after treatment(P=0.688,P > 0.05),suggesting that there was no difference in improving stroke limb function between the two groups.Considering that the gastrointestinal function of patients has not been completely improved due to the short course of treatment;at the same time, the spleen and stomach function has a slow effect on the body,so it has no more positive effect on NIHSS.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture with Qi activity as the main method can effectively improve gastrointestinal dysfunction symptoms of patients with non-acute ischemic stroke and improve the life quality of patients.2.Acupuncture with Qi activity as the main method is significantly different from conventional acupuncture method in improving gastrointestinal dysfunction symptoms of patients with non-acute ischemic stroke.3.Acupuncture with Qi activity as the main method has good effects on promoting appetite and improving constipation.4.Acupuncture with Qi activity as the main method is a treatment method with definite curative effect and simple operation, which is worthy of clinical promotion and further research.
