Objective:To sum up the TCM syndrome type distribution rule of non-dialysis CKD-MBD patients and its correlation with western medicine indexes by collecting the general data, laboratory test results and TCM symptom scores of non dialysis CKD-MBD patients in a certain range,in order to provide reference for the TCM treatment of CKD-MBD.Methods:During the date range from March 1,2019 to December 31,2019,clinical data of non-dialysis CKD-MBD patients who were treated in the nephrology clinic and ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected, and the patient’s gender,Age,primary disease,CKD stage, blood creatinine, urea nitrogen, albumin, hemoglobin, blood calcium, blood phosphorus, whole parathyroid hormone, alkaline phosphatase, and TCM syndrome types.A total of 192 patients with complete data were collected.,The collected data was entered into the statistical software SPSS22.0,and the patient’s various data were described, compared, and the laws and correlations were summarized.Results:1.192 non-dialyzed CKD-MBD patients had a male to female ratio of 1.26: 1,and the age of onset was between 24-80 years old, with the largest number in the 60-69 age group, accounting for 30.21%.There were 25 patients with CKD stage 3,with an average age of50.26 ± 12.89 years,43 patients with CKD stage 4 with an average age of 58.02 ± 13.67 years, and 124 patients with CKD stage 5 with an average age of 60.85 ± 13.72 years.2.According to statistics,70 cases were caused by glomerulonephritis,48 ??cases were diabetic nephropathy,36 cases were hypertensive nephropathy,12 cases were polycystic kidney disease,7 cases were caused by hepatitis B,and 6 cases were caused by allergic purpura. There were 6 cases caused by hyperuricemia,4 cases caused by systemic lupus erythematosus, and 3 cases caused by vasculitis.3.In 64 patients with vascular calcification, the average age was 63.57±12.43 years;in128 patients without vascular calcification, the median age was 58.00 years. The levels of serum phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase in patients with vascular calcification were higher than those without vascular calcification(P < 0.05).The levels of blood phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase in patients with vascular calcification were higher than those without vascular calcification(P<0.05).4.TCM syndromes in non-dialyzed CKD-MBD patients are mixed with deficiency and reality. In this syndrome,72 cases of deficiency of spleen and kidney qi,46 cases of liver and kidney yin deficiency,36 cases of deficiency of spleen and kidney yang,23 cases of deficiency of yin and yang,There were 15 cases of deficiency of qi and yin;69 cases of dampness and turbidity syndrome,54 cases of blood stasis syndrome,48 cases of dampness and heat syndrome,13 cases of heat-toxin syndrome, and 8 cases of wind movement syndrome.5.Some related laboratory indexes of different TCM syndrome types are different. In terms of serum creatinine, both yin and yang deficient>liver and kidney yin deficiency>spleen and kidney yang deficiency>spleen and kidney qi deficiency.Syndrome>damp-heat syndrome > heat-toxic syndrome > dampness-turbidity syndrome, statistically tested, the difference is significant(P<0.05);in terms of urea nitrogen, both yin and yang deficient>liver and kidney yin deficiency > spleen and yang deficiency > spleen and kidney qi deficiency>deficiency of qi and yin,Blood stasis syndrome>heat toxin syndrome>wind motion syndrome>heat and heat syndrome>dampness and turbidity syndrome, statistically significant difference(P < 0.05);in terms of blood calcium, spleen and kidney yang deficiency<qi and yin deficiency<spleen kidney qi deficiency<liver kidney yin deficiency, statistically significant difference(P < 0.05);in terms of blood phosphorus,qi and Yin deficiency>liver and kidney yin deficiency>yin and yang deficiency>spleen and kidney qi deficiency > spleen and kidney yang deficiency, blood stasis syndrome > wind movement syndrome>heat toxin syndrome>damp heat syndrome>dampness and turbidity syndrome, statistically significant difference(P<0.05);in terms of i PTH,both yin and yang deficient>liver kidney yin deficiency>spleen kidney yang deficiency>qi yin deficiency>spleen and kidney qi deficiency, blood stasis syndrome>damp-heat syndrome>wind motion syndrome> heat toxin syndrome > dampness syndrome, statistically difference was significant(P <0.05).In terms of alkaline phosphatase, the blood stasis syndrome>heat toxicity syndrome>damp-heat syndrome>wind movement syndrome>wet-turbidity syndrome, the difference was significant after statistical examination(P<0.05).6.Among non-dialyzed CKD-MBD patients with vascular calcification, there were 28 cases of liver and kidney yin deficiency,16 cases of deficiency of spleen and kidney qi,9cases of spleen and kidney yang deficiency,7 cases of deficiency of yin and yang, and 4 qi and yin deficiency. There were 32 cases of blood stasis syndrome,11 cases of damp-heat syndrome,9 cases of damp-turbidity syndrome, and 4 cases of wind-movement syndrome.Among the patients without vascular calcification, there were 56 cases of deficiency of spleen and kidney qi,27 cases of deficiency of spleen and kidney yang,18 cases of liver and kidney yin deficiency,16 cases of deficiency of yin and yang,11 cases of deficiency of qi and yin,and 60 cases of dampness and turbidity. There were 37 cases of damp-heat syndrome,22 cases of blood-stasis syndrome,5 cases of heat-toxin syndrome, and 4 cases of wind-activity syndrome.Conclusion:1.Non-dialysis CKD-MBD patients are mostly 51-70 years old,and there is no significant difference between men and women.2.The average age of patients with vascular calcification was older than those without vascular calcification, and the disorder of calcium and phosphorus metabolism was more serious.3.The traditional Chinese medicine of this disease is mainly spleen and kidney qi deficiency and liver and kidney yin deficiency.4.There is a correlation between TCM syndrome types and serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, blood calcium, blood phosphorus,i PTH,alkaline phosphatase and other indicators.
