| Objective: This study by acupuncture combined with high frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment the clinical effect of the treatment of mild patients with vascular cognitive impairment,to explore the effects of acupuncture combined with high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation and simple acupuncture on Mo CA scale,TMT test,Barthel index and other indicators to provide a clinical basis for optimizing the treatment of mild vascular cognitive impairment. Methods: The subjects of this study were all patients who visited the outpatient department or ward of the comprehensive rehabilitation department of the first affiliated hospital of tianjin university of traditional Chinese medicine from February 2019 to October2019.A total of 66 patients who met the criteria for diagnosis, inclusion and exclusion were collected and grouped according to the random number table. There were 33 patients in the observation group and 33 patients in the control group. In the treatment process,1 cases were removed from the observation group(lost to follow-up),1 cases were removed from the treatment group(lost to follow-up),and finally 32 cases were removed from each group. The control group was given basic treatment plus acupuncture(once a day, with the needles retained for 30 min each time,5 times a week,a total of 4 weeks). The observation group combined with high-frequency repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation on the basis of the control group,(once a day,20 minutes each time,5 times a week,a total of 4 weeks). Before and after treatment and 4 weeks after the treatment, according to the Mo CA scale,TMT test and Barthel index, the scoring record patients, patient data, using SPSS21.0 software to create the database, and statistical analysis.Results:1 The Mo CA scale was used to assess the cognitive level of the two groups after treatment and after follow-up.The results showed that the comparison within the group before and after treatment was statistically significant. There was a statistically significant difference between groups(P<0.05).The observation group had a significant efficiency of 28.13%,an effective rate of 53.13%,a total effective rate of 81.25%,an ineffective rate of 18.75%,and adeterioration rate of 0%.The control group had a marked effective rate of 12.5%,an effective rate of 40.63%,a total effective rate of 53.13%,an ineffective rate of 46.88%,and a deterioration rate of 0%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups.2 The TMT test was used to evaluate the execution level of the patients after treatment. The results showed that the comparison within the group was statistically significant before and after treatment, and the scores between groups were compared at follow-up P<0.05.3 The Barthel index was used to assess the daily living ability of the patients. The results showed that the comparison between the two groups before and after treatment had statistical significance, and the comparison between the two groups had no statistical significance.Conclusion:1 Acupuncture alone or combined with r TMS can improve the cognitive defects of mild VCI patients, enhance their independence in personal life and improve their quality of life.2 The combination of acupuncture and r TMS for patients with mild vascular cognitive impairment has better clinical efficacy in improving cognitive level than simple acupuncture, and has a sustained effect advantage.3 The combination of acupuncture and r TMS in patients with mild vascular cognitive impairment has better efficacy than simple acupuncture in improving patient’s execution.4 The combination of acupuncture and r TMS in the treatment of patients with mild vascular cognitive impairment is comparable to the improvement of daily living ability of patients with acupuncture alone. |
