| purpose:To study the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription “Sheng zhu tong bian yin” on post-stroke(qi deficiency)constipation,and compare it with acupuncture alone to find out whether acupuncture combined with it is better than ordinary acupuncture In order to provide a more effective treatment for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Method:Sixty patients with post-stroke constipation(qi deficiency)from the special acupuncture clinic and ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by computer random method The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,and the acupoints were taken from Tianshu(double),Zhigou(double),Shangjuxu(double),Zu sanli(double),Guan Yuan,Qihai,Zhongwan.All the points were twisted,lifted,inserted and replenished,and the diarrhea was energized,and the needle was continued for 1 minute,and the needle was left for 30 minutes.The treatment group was added with acupuncture treatment of the control group,and the self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription "Sheng zhu tong bian yin"(shengbaizhu 60 g,chaihu 20 g,kuxingren 15 g,taoren 15 g,shenghuangqi 30 g,baishao20g,shenggancao 10 g,danggui 20 g,roucongrong 20 g,zhike 20 g,chengpi 15 g,ziwan 15g)orally.A pair of medicines boil out 300 ml,and take 150 ml each morning and evening.The two groups were treated once a day from Monday to Saturday.One week was a course of treatment.After the three courses,the constipation score system CCS scale was used to compare the scores of constipation symptoms before and after treatment in the two groups to evaluate their clinical efficacy.result:1.There was no significant difference in baseline indicators between the treatment group and the control group(P> 0.05),which was comparable.2.After 3 weeks of treatment,the CSS integration factors and total points in the twogroups were significantly different by the paired sample t test(both P <0.05),indicating that the two treatment methods were effective in improving the symptoms of constipation;3.The independent sample test was used to compare between the two groups of patients.After 3 weeks of treatment,the total CSS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P <0.05),indicating that the treatment group combined acupuncture with traditional Chinese medicine to "surgery laxative" The effect of "drinking" treatment is better than ordinary acupuncture treatment(control group);the factors in the CSS scale of the two groups of patients are compared after treatment.The treatment group is different from the control group in the frequency of bowel movements,the difficulty of bowel movements and the feeling of incomplete bowel movements.Significant(all P <0.05),indicating that acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine is more effective than ordinary acupuncture treatment in improving the frequency of bowel movements,defecation effort and defecation;the remaining factors are not statistically different,and there is no statistics Significance(P> 0.05).4.After the treatment course,the total effective rate was compared between the two groups.The treatment group was 96.67% higher than the control group with 76.67%.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group after stroke(qi deficiency)type constipation is more effective.in conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with the self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription "Sheng shu tong bian yin" has a significant effect on the improvement of constipation-related symptoms after stroke(qi deficiency type),especially in terms of laborious defecation,incomplete defecation and frequency of defecation.2.The clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine orally for the treatment of constipation after stroke(qi deficiency)is better than that of conventional acupuncture,which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
