| The promulgation of the "healthy China 2030" program outline of the State Council has established the priority development status of National Health and promoted the development of internet-based medical care.As a form of Internet medicine,online health community can help patients to effectively access health information and self-health management,and improve the imbalance of medical resources distribution.Through combing the information behavior of the online health community and the technology acceptance behavior of the health field,this paper decides to start with the technology acceptance behavior of the online health community,at the same time,the study is carried out by combining the variables related to individual and social factors.After further research related to the theory and model summary,based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(UTAUT),combining the characteristics of online health community with the variables of perceived risk,personal innovation and self-efficacy,this study constructs an online health community user Acceptance model and makes an empirical analysis,trying to further expand the applicable scope of Utaut.At the same time,it also provides a new perspective for the study of the user’s use and acceptance behavior in online health community.The results show that performance expectation,effort expectation,social influence,individual innovation and self-efficacy have positive effects on the use intention of online healthy community,and perceived risk has negative effects on it.At the same time,effort expectation has a positive effect on performance expectation,individual innovation has a negative effect on perceived risk,and convenience and users’ willingness to use online health community have a direct positive effect on user behavior.Finally,based on the results of data analysis and some examples,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the acceptance intention of users in online health community... |
