Objectives:By observing the clinical study of stellate ganglion block combined with acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia,we explored a better clinical plan for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods:A total of 90 patients with postherpetic neuralgia who met the conditions from February2019 to December 2019 were selected and divided into three groups,A,B,and C,with 30 cases in each group. All three groups were given oral gabapentin for basic treatment.Group A(acupuncture and moxibustion): acupuncture and moxibustion in the corresponding herpes area, once a day,6 consecutive treatments,1 rest,3 weeks for 1 course;Group B(ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block): Stellate ganglion block twice a week, left and right interchanged,3 weeks as a course of treatment;Group C: acupuncture and moxibustion combined with stellate ganglion block surgery. The SF-MPQ,HAMA,HAMD,and PSQI scales were scored before and after the treatment, and the patients’ pain, anxiety, depression, and sleep were observed. Finally, the overall efficacy of each group after treatment was analyzed. All data were analyzed using statistical software SPSS23.0.Results:1.General information: The three groups of patients were compared in terms of gender, age, course of disease,SF-MPQ,HAMA,HAMD,PSQI,etc.The differences were not statistically significant and comparable(P> 0.05).2.Total effective rate: after treatment, the total effective rate in group C was 96.7%,the total effective rate in group A was 83.3%,and the total effective rate in group B was 73.3%.The overall efficacy comparison of the three groups was statistically significant(P < 0.01),the effective rate of treatment in group C was better than that in groups A and B(P <0.01).3.SF-MPQ score: The three groups have significant differences in PRI,PPI,and VAS.The results of the three groups of PRI,PPI,and VAS scores before and after treatment show that the differences are statistically significant(P <0.01),and group C is better than Group A and B(P <0.05).4.HAMD,HAMA,PSQI score: The HAMD,HAMA,PSQI scores of the three groups before and after treatment showed that the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01),and Group C was better than Group A and Group B(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.The effect of stellate ganglion block combined with acupuncture and moxibustion group is better than that of simple stellate ganglion block group and simple acupuncture moxibustion for relieving or eliminating the pain of Head and face PHN patients and improving sleep disorders, depression and anxiety in Head and face PHN patients.group. |
