Clinical Study On The Effect Of QiangXin Prescription On Non-invasive Cardiac Output In Patients With Chronic Heart Failure(Yang Deficiency And Blood Stasis)

Objective In this Project,72 Patients with chronic heart failure due to yang deficiency and blood stasis are randomly divided into the control groups and treatment groups.The treatment group is given Professor D’s Qiang Xin Formula on the basis of western medicine standard treatment.The improvement of Chinese and western medicine curative effect,NT-Pro BNP、LVEF and hemodynamic related indexes of the Patients after treatment are observed to explore the advantages and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating chronic heart failure,especially the improvement of non-invasive cardiac output related indexes of the Patients by this method,Providing new theoretical basis for the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treating chronic heart failure.Methods In this topic,72 Patients with chronic heart failure(yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)who were treated in the outpatient department and ward of the department of internal diseases of the affiliated city hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of Shanghai university of traditional Chinese medicine from 2018.3 to 2019.2were selected as the research subjects.all the subjects should meet the double diagnostic criteria of Chinese and western medicine,be included in the criteria,and not be included in the exclusion criteria.the Patients who met the criteria should be given detailed explanation of the informed consent form before entering the group,and then sign the informed consent form.72 Patients were randomly divided into control groups and treatment groups under strict random double-blind control standard,wherein the control group was only given the standardized treatment scheme of chronic heart failure(ACEI/ARB Preparationbeta receptor blocker Aldosterone receptor antagonist).The treatment group was additionally given the cardiac strengthening Prescription created by Professor D on this basis.After three months of treatment,Observe and compare the therapeutic effects of Chinese and western medicine,TCM symptom scores,LVEF,NT-Pro BNP,NYHA cardiac function classification and hemodynamic indexes before and after treatment,and record all indexes in detail.After treatment,SPSS22.0 is used for relevant statistical analysis.Results:1.Efficacy and TCM symptom score: After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.8%,and that of the control group was 72.2%.The treatment group was better than the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.1%,and that of the control group was 66.7%.The treatment group was also better than the control group.In terms of TCM symptom score,compared with the treatment group only using western medicine,the TCM symptom score in the group added with Qiang Xin Fang decreased significantly(P<0.05).2.NT-Pro BNP and LVEF: Compared with the control group,both groups can reduce NT-Pro BNP and LVEF levels,but the treatment group is more effective than the control group.3.Hemodynamics: after treatment,the cardiac output(CO),stroke output(SV)of the two groups of Patients are improved compared with the former(P<0.05),but the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group is obviously better than the western medicine basic treatment group.4.NYHA cardiac function classification: after the treatment,the cardiac function of the two groups is improved compared with that before treatment,and the treatment group is obviously improved compared with the control group.5.Safety indicators: Blood RT、Liver function and kidney function,the electrolytes and fasting blood glucose were tested before and after treatment in both groups.After testing,there was no obvious abnormality in the safety indicators before and after treatment in both groups.Conclusion:This study shows that Qiang Xin Fang combined with western medicine conventional " golden triangle" drugs has significant effect in treating chronic heart failure of yang deficiency and blood stasis type,which not only can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms of Patients,but also has more advantages in improving NT-Pro BNP,LVEF,CO,SV,and other related laboratory indicators.Compared with simple western medicine treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group can significantly improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,which Proves that traditional Chinese medicine have well curative effects in improving the quality of life of Patients and delaying the course of heart failure.Moreover,Qiang Xin Fang has no adverse reactions in the treatment Process,is safe and reliable,and it is worth further research and to Promotion.
