| Objective: To observe the improvement of inflammation and immune indexes,blood hypercoagulability and clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue in LN patients,and to seek an ideal clinical TCM treatment plan for LN patients,so as to provide data support for further study of TCM prevention of thrombotic events in LN patients.Method: 72 LN patients who were hospitalized and treated in the rheumatology department of Yueyang Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2016 to July2018 were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and control group,36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic Western medicine,while the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group,with 6 Months observation periods.Observe the symptoms and signs of patients before and after treatment,record the scores of TCM syndromes and SLEDAI before and after treatment,detect D-Di,FIB,24-hour urinary protein quantification,TG,TC,ESR,CRP,C3,C4,Ig G,HCY,blood routine,liver function and kidney function before and after treatment.Finally,the recorded data and adverse reactions were compared,and the results were analyzed by SPSS23.0 statistical software.Results: The ESR,Ig G,FIB,24-hour urinary protein and D-Di of the two groups were improved after treatment(P < 0.05),and the improvement of the traditional Chinese medicine group was more obvious than that of the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,SLEDAI and CRP in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).In TC,TG,Whole blood viscosity and TCM syndrome integral improvement,TCM group improved after treatment compared with before treatment(P < 0.05),but there was no significant improvement in the control group(P > 0.05).The levels of C3,C4 and HCY in both groups were not significantlyimproved after treatment(P > 0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndrome integral improvement was 94.2% in TCM group and 71.8% in control group.The improvement of TCM syndrome integral in TCM group was better than that in control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,29 patients were effective and 6 patients were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 82.9%.23 patients were effective and 9patients were ineffective in the control group,and the total effective rate was 71.9%.However,there was no significant difference in the effective rate between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the control group(P > 0.05).Conclusions: The method of Bushen Huoxue can obviously improve the inflammatory state and hyperimmunoglobulinemia of LN patients,regulate the level of blood lipid metabolism,improve the tendency of blood hypercoagulability and the pathological changes of kidney,and ultimately reduce the integral of TCM syndromes of patients,and improve the clinical efficacy.The treatment of Bushen Huoxue accords with the pathogenesis of lupus nephritis,and can be used as the basic idea of Chinese medicine in treating LN patients,which is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice. |
