| Research objectives:In this study,a randomized controlled study was conducted to observe the clinical efficacy of dredging Conception Channel and qi-regulating acupuncture in the treatment of pharyngeal paraesthesia,to provide effective clinical trial parameters for the theoretical basis of dredging Conception Channel and regulating qi movement to treat pharyngeal paraesthesia,and to provide accurate reference for the clinical application and promotion of this method.Research methods:Based on the principles of a simple randomized,controlled clinical trial,62 patients with pharyngeal dyspnea who met the inclusion criteria were included in this study.The 62 patients were randomly divided into two groups:dredging Conception Channel and qi-regulatingacupuncture group(RN23/RN17/RN14/RN12/RN6/RN4/RN22 and ST40).The conventional acupuncture group(PC6/LI9/LR14/ST36/LR3/BL18 and BL20).The treatment cycle of this study was 4 weeks.Observe and record the clinical symptoms and signs(sensation of foreign body in throat,tongue manifestation)of the patient,and analyze the changes of the condition,then make statistical analysis.A total of 62 patients with phlegm-qi stagnation and binding of pharyngeal paraesthesia were selected from March 2019 to December 2019,who were treated in the outpatient department of acupuncture department of the first affiliated hospital of Tianjin University Of TCM.Swallow with different sense disease symptoms integral table,nitrogen blocking pharyngeal vision sense of disease of TCM syndrome integral table and HAD before and after treatment to keep a record,then use SPSS 22.0 to make the statistical analysis,and the measurement data is expressed as(~—X±S),meet or approximate normal distribution using t test;The chi-square test was used for the disordered subjects in the counting data,and the rank-sum test was used for the rest,and The results with P<0.05 showed statistically significant difference.Research results:1.There were no statistical differences in age,gender and course of disease between the dredging Conception Channel and qi-regulating acupuncture group and the conventional acupuncture group.The scores of the main symptoms of the pharynx in the treatment of the two groups,the total score and scores of TCM syndromes and HAD scores of the two groups were all compared between the groups.2.Each pharyngeal main symptom scores,total scores and each score of TCM syndrome,and HAD integral before and after the treatment were compared within the group,the statistical results showed that there were significant differences(P<0.05),there was statistical significance,and the observation indexes scores in each group after treatment were lower than before the treatment,dredging Conception Channel and qi-regulating acupuncture method and conventional acupuncture treatments for pharyngeal paraesthesia With syndrome of intermingled phlegm and qi has certain curative effect.3.After treatment,the scores of main pharyngeal symptoms,TCM syndromes,scores and HAD scores of spittoon syndrome were compared between the groups,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Moreover,the scores of dredging Conception Channel and qi-regulating acupuncture group after treatment were all lower than that of the conventional acupuncture group,indicating that the curative effect was superior.4.The scores of TCM syndromes in each group after treatment were statistically analyzed and compared between the groups,and the results showed that the scores of dredging Conception Channel and qi-regulating acupuncture group were lower than that of the conventional acupuncture group in phlegm,chest congestion and tightness,hypothermia and emotional abnormality(P<0.05),suggesting that dredging Conception Channel and qi-regulating acupuncture method had better efficacy than the conventional acupuncture method in the above four aspects.However,P>0.05 was obtained by comparing the two groups in terms of belching,indicating that there was no significant difference in curative effect between the two groups in improving the symptoms of belching.5.The clinical curative effect was evaluated between groups after treatment,the dredging Conception Channel and qi-regulating acupuncture group total effective rate was 93.3%,the conventional acupuncture group total effective rate was 80.0%,two sets of results were significant differences(P<0.05),showed that it was superior to the conventional acupuncture group in the clinical curative effect.The research conclusion(1)Dredging Conception Channel and qi-regulating acupuncture method and the conventional acupuncture method for the treatment of pharyngeal paraesthesia with syndrome of intermingled phlegm and qi have a certain effect;(2)The curative effect of dredging Conception Channel and qi-regulating acupuncture is better than that of conventional acupuncture in the treatment of patients with pharyngeal paraesthesia With syndrome of intermingled phlegm and qi;(3)Dredging Conception Channel and qi-regulating acupuncture method has more obvious advantages in the pharyngeal relief or elimination of the main symptoms,sputum,chest congestion and tightness,sodium and emotional abnormalities(anxiety or depression)... |
