Objective:1.To observe the clinical efficacy of breviscapine injection in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis in the convalescent period of ischemic stroke.2.To observe the possible side effects of breviscapine injection in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis in convalescent period of ischemic stroke.Methods:Collect between January 2018 and December 2019,the second affiliated hospital of tianjin medical university of 60 patients diagnosed with ischemic stroke recovery qi deficiency blood stasis standard hospitalized patients,using the stochastic method is divided into lamps for injection,the treatment group and western medicine control group,30 cases each in the two groups were given basic treatment,to ensure the basic therapeutic effects,including: aspirin enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride 100 mg qd,40 mg of atorvastatin calcium tablet qn and pursuant to the adr injection.The treatment group was treated with breviscapine injection of 50 mg qd for 14 days on the basis of basic treatment.The NIHSS score and Barthel index BI were recorded before and after treatment to observe the clinical efficacy.At the same time,blood lipid,blood routine,liver function and kidney function indexes of the two groups were recorded,and patients’ discomfort during treatment was recorded,and adverse reactions were observed.Results:1.There was no significant difference in general condition(age,gender),previous medical history and score of initial neurological impairment between the two groups,which was comparable and not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Neurological defect score: the NIHSS score before and after 14 days in the two groups was significantly lower than that before and after treatment.The scores before and after treatment in the treatment group were 8.87±1.98 and 3.60±1.07,respectively,and before and after treatment in the control group were 8.53±2.05 and 4.43±1.28,respectively.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group and the differencebetween the two groups was significant,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Scores of daily living activities: the scores before and after treatment in the treatment group were 49.37±6.39,75.30±9.38,and those before and after treatment in the control group were 50.23±5.98,66.57±9.37,showing improvement after treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group and the difference between the two groups was significant,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Clinical comprehensive efficacy: in the treatment group,3 cases were basically cured,20 cases improved significantly,5 cases improved,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93.3%.In the control group,1 case was basically cured,9 cases improved significantly,16 cases improved,and 4 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 86.7%.5.Comparison of the total score of TCM symptoms: the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the total score of TCM symptoms(P<0.05).6.Comparison of blood lipid levels: after treatment,various indicators of blood lipid in the two groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the blood lipid level in the treatment group was more effectively regulated than that in the control group,indicating that breviscapine injection could significantly improve the blood lipid of the patients.7.Safety analysis: the blood lipid,blood routine,liver function and kidney function of the patients in the treatment group and the control group were normal before treatment.In the course of treatment,there was no significant change in the above indicators,and the patients had no special discomfort and no adverse events.After treatment,compared with before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood lipid,blood routine,liver function and kidney function,so there was no statistically significant standard(P>0.05),indicating high safety of drug treatment.Conclusion:1.Combined with the results of metrological studies,it can be seen that the method of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis has achieved a significant effect in the clinical treatment of ischemic stroke,thus providing a new idea for the treatment of ischemicstroke with qi-deficiency and blood stasis,namely,the method of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis plays an important role in it.2.Breviscapine injection for the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis in the convalescent period of ischemic stroke can effectively improve the neurological impairment,improve the quality of life of patients,and has an exact clinical effect.3.During the observation period of this study,breviscapine injection for the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the convalescent period of ischemic stroke has no obvious toxic and side effects,which is of high safety and worthy of further promotion and application. |
