As the academic thoughts dominating the political society in Han dynasty,the development of classics had a profound impact on medicine at the time.This article will start with medical records such as " Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor ",and unearthed medical records such as Ma Wangdui.By analyzing and sorting out the main theoretical systems,such as Yin-Yang view,Wu Yuan view,and the corresponding view of heaven and human,we can defining the development of medicine in the Han Dynasty.This article focuses on the following five parts:Chapter one illustrates the introduction of classics and the textual criticism about their classics in Han period.Chapter two reports the influence of classical carding on the Theory of "Yin and Yang Five Elements".Chapter three is to card the influence of classics on the view of organic human body,which mainly involving the theory of vitality,the theory of heaven and human.Chapter four is to card the effect of classics on viscera and meridian theory in Han Dynasty,which is mainly discussed from the two aspects of the internal organ theory and the meridian theory.By comparative analysis between the handed down medical book and unearthed medical books,it was found that the transformation of "Yin and Yang Five Elements”in medicine is similar to the process of classics.At the same time,under the guidance of the view of "integrated view of heaven and man",classics experienced a conceptual change from the deified "sky" to the natural"sky".While medicine did not accept "Heaven" and had a will from the beginning to the end,and was very cautious about the situation of diseases based on ghosts and gods.However,in the exploration of the origin of the universe,Confucian classics and medicine both have introduced the concepts of "one" and "yuan".From this,Qi monism was developed,using Qi as the origin of everything in the universe.The construction of the Zangfu meridian theory is based on the basic framework of the five actions of yin and yang,and is perfected by the reasoning of elephant thinking.In short,similar to the development and evolution of classics,the formation and improvement of the theoretical system of the medical sciences of Han dynasties is based on the holistic view of the unity of man and nature,guided by elephant thinking,and the framework of the theory of Yin and Yang and the Five Elements. |
