Objective:Collect invasive breast cancer and divide it into two groups of triple-negative breast cancer and non-triple negative breast cancer, detect the expression of AR and P53 in the two groups, and compare the expression differences between the two groups;Analyze the relationship between the expression of AR and p53 in the two groups and the clinical characteristics;Further analyze the relationship between the expression of AR and p53 in triple-negative breast cancer and survival prognosis, and evaluate whether androgen receptor antagonists can become a new effective treatment for patients with triple-negative breast cancer.Methods:1.Search for patients diagnosed with invasive breast cancer from 2015 to2017 in the pathology data system of Yijishann Hospital of Wannan Medical College, and sort out the clinical information needed for this topic, such as age, menstrual history, cancer tissue size, lymph node metastasis, etc.A total of 186 cases were found that met the criteria, including 52 cases of triple-negative breast cancer.2.The sections and the corresponding wax blocks were selected, and the expression of AR and p53 in the two groups of cases were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Perform statistical analysis on the expression of AR and p53 in the two groups to compare their expression differences;perform statistics on the basic clinical information of patients, and compare them with the positive expression of AR and p53,and count the correlation between their expression and clinical characteristics; The 3-year survival status of TNBC patients was followed up and sorted out,and the correlation between AR,p53 and the 3-year survival prognosis of TNBC patients was explored.3.Use statistical software to analyze the collated data, and use the chi-square test to detect the difference between each constituent ratio.Kaplan-Meier survival analysis curve was used to show the relationship between AR,p53 and the patient’s 3-year survival prognosis. Results:Among the 186 cases of invasive breast cancer,All women aged 26~86,The median age of these patients is 52,The average survival time of patients with triple negative breast cancer was 33.1 months. The positive probability of AR expression in NTNBC patients was 63.4%(85/134),The probability of p53 being positive in NTNBC tissues was 50.7%(68/134)。AR expression and age in NTNBC tissues(X~2=0.870,P=0.351),mass size(X~2=5.201,P=0.070),ER expression(X~2=2.509,P=0.113),PR expression(X~2=2.162,P=0.141),Ki-67(X~2=0.870,P=0.351)expression,There was no correlation between the differences.lymph node metastasis(X~2=30.036,P=0.001),Her-2(X~2=4.436,P=0.035),showing significant differences in expression, and there was a significant correlation between the differences(P<0.05);p53 expression and age in NTNBC(X~2=3.692,P=0.075)size(X~2=3.366,P=0.009),ER(X~2=1.503,,P=0.220),PR(X~2=3.552,P=3.552),Her-2(X~2=4.053,P=0.052,Ki-67(X~2=0.964,P=0.326),and there was no correlation between the expressions(P>0.05);X~2=54.703,P=0.001),lymph node metastasis(X~2=44.199,P=0.001),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between AR expression in TNBC and age(X~2=0.302,P=0.583),lymph node metastasis(X~2=3.213,P=0.073)(P>0.05),and the size of tumor(X~2=7.433,P=0.015)and histological grade(X~2=19.827,P=0.001)were significant(P<0.05).There was no significant correlation between the expression of p53 in TNBC and age(X~2=2.570,P=0.109),tumor size(X~2=2.906,P=0.230),and lymph node metastasis(X~2=0.944,P=0.331).P>0.05),there is a significant difference between the expression of AR and the histopathological grade of cancer(X~2=22.975,P=0.001),and it is statistically significant(P<0.05)。Conclusion:1.The positive rate of AR in TNBC tissue was significantly lower than that in NTNBC group, and the positive rate of p53 in TNBC tissue was significantly higher than that of NTNBC,suggesting that AR and p53 can be used as indicators for judging the malignancy of breast cancer.2.In NTNBC patients,AR expression is negatively correlated with histological grade,Her-2 expression, and lymph node metastasis;p53 expression is positively correlated with histological grade, suggesting that AR and p53 can be used as an indicator of prognosis,AR may be a potential therapeutic target.3.In TNBC tissue, the expression of AR is negatively correlated with tumor size and histological grade. The expression of p53 is positively correlated with histological grade;the expression of AR has no correlation with the prognosis of patients;the expression of p53 is correlated with the prognosis, indicating that it is in TNBC In patients,p53 can be used as a prognostic indicator, and AR may be used as a target for endocrine therapy in TNBC patients.
