Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics and influencing factors of cognitive dysfunction in Parkinson’s disease. Methods:From December 1,2018 to December 31,2019,83 patients with Parkinson’s disease who were diagnosed in the outpatient and inpatient department of neurology department of jiangxi provincial people’s hospital and diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease were included in the study. All cases were divided into three groups and clinical data and relevant scales were collected for evaluation. Results:Among the 83 PD patients, the incidence of pd-nci was 27.71%(23/83),pd-mci43.38%(36/83),and PDD 28.91%(24/83).In terms of overall cognitive function assessment: the MMSE scale score in PD-NCI and PD-MCI group has no statistical significance(P ? 0.05),but in the dementia group difference was statistically significant(P < O.0 001);The total MOCA score in the three groups was lower than the total MMSE score, and the total MOCA score in the pd-nci group was lower than that in the pd-mci group. The differences of MOCA scale scores in the three groups were statistically significant(P<0).0 0 1);In terms of memory evaluation, the scores of short-term free recall and delayed free recall showed a gradually decreasing trend in the pd-mci group and the PDD group respectively, and there were statistical differences in the comparison between the three groups(P<0.05).In terms of executive function, attention and visual space, the number span test, line test and clock drawing test showed significant differences in the three groups(P< o.05),and the scores in the pd-mci group and the PDD group showed a gradual decline. In terms of language function: the Boston naming test scores of the three groups did not differ significantly. The difference of daily life function scale in the dementia group was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical characteristics of cognitive impairment in Parkinson’s disease are unique, which can involve the impairment of multiple cognitive fields, including memory, executive function, attention, visual space, language function and other cognitive functions, among which the impairment of executive function and visual space ability is the main impairment. |
