Object:To investigate the effect of the early follicular phase prolonged protocol and GnRH antagonist protocol on patients with normal ovarian response.Method:In the retrospective study,the ovarian normal response IVF patients admitted to the reproductive center of our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were divided into two groups: the early follicular phase prolonged protocol group(100cycles)and the GnRH antagonist group(100 cycles).The level of E2,LH,P and the dosage of GN on hCG day were observed.The number of eggs obtained,the rate of2 pn fertilization,the rate of excellent embryo,the rate of transplantation,the rate of implantation,the rate of clinical pregnancy,the rate of early abortion and the rate of OHSS were observed.Result:200 cycles of IVF/ICSI-ET were included in this study.There was no significant difference in age,BMI,AMH and AFC between the two groups(P > 0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups in 2pn fertilization rate,excellent embryo rate,transplantation rate,implantation rate and early abortion rate(P >0.05);There was no significant difference in progesterone level between the two groups(P > 0.05).The E2,the days of promoting excretion,the dosage of GN and the number of oocytes obtained in hCG day were significantly higher in the early follicular phase prolonged protocol group than GnRH antagonist(P<0.05).The LH of hCG day was significantly lower than GnRH antagonist(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of the early follicular phase prolonged protocol group was higher than that of the GnRH antagonist group(P<0.05).Although the incidence of OHSS was higher than GnRH antagonist group,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Compared with GnRH antagonist protocol,the number of oocytes obtained by the early follicular phase prolonged protocol group in the normal reaction patients increased,which can improve the clinical pregnancy rate of fresh transplantation,however,OHSS risk tends to increase.When the size of the follicle in the basal sinus is uniform,the GnRH antagonist can be selected,the GnRH antagonist can shorten the treatment cycle time. |
