| Objective:To analyze the correlation between AMH and related monitoring indexes in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)before and after treatment,and to explore the clinical significance of AMH monitoring in PCOS treatment.Methods:Total 193 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome satisfied both the "Diagnosis of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome" formulated by the Gynecological Endocrinology Group of the Chinese Medical Association Obstetrics and Gynecology Branch in 2018 and the exclusive of other diseases causing hyperandrogenemia(HA)diseases were collected.Collecting patients basic information,monitoring related endocrine and metabolism indexes before and after treatment,observing the main clinical features: HA,insulin resistance(IR),obesity,polycystic ovary change(PCOM).Through comparing the curative effect evaluation of PCOS related indexes before and after treatment,We can analysis the correlation between the AMH level and relevant indicators,and further investigate AMH in PCOS treatment monitoring of clinical significance.Results:(1)In addition to BMI,FSH,17α-OHP and E2,other relevant observation indicators such as WHR,ovarian volume,PCOM,endometrial thickness,hairy symptoms,acne symptoms and endocrine indexes(LH,LH/FSH,T,PRL,FBG,FINS,HOMA-IR),The differences before and after treatment were statistically significant(P <0.05),and all showed a downward trend after treatment.(2)The levels of AMH were significantly Lower after treatment(P<0.05).(3)The levels of AMH before and after treatment in patients with PCOS were correlated with LH,LH / FSH,T,FGB,ovarian volume,PCOM,intimal thickness,and hairy symptoms(P <0.05).Conclusions :Serum AMH level has a supervisory effect on the improvement of ovulation disorders,HA and PCOM in the treatment of PCOS. |
