ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to provides a theoretical basis for the later design and establishment of the“Internet+”platform by constructing a more scientific and comprehensive“Internet+”content module index system of transitional care service for patients with gastric cancer after operation to meet the health needs of patients, achieve intelligent transitional care and improve their quality of life.Methods1.literature analysis:In the context of the Internet, through the relevant literature review and analysis, combined with the current situation of transitional care needs of patients after gastric cancer surgery, the purpose of this study and the framework of research content were preliminarily determined.2.Qualitative research:The purpose sampling method was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with 11 nurses,11 gastric cancer patients, and 8 primary caregivers in a Grade 3A Hospitals and a Grade 3A Tumor Specialist Hospital to understand the users'attitudes and functional requirements for using the“Internet+”transitional care service platform.Qualitative content analysis is used to analyze the interview data, and Nvivo 12 plus is used to encode the interview text and generate categories.3.Method of research group discussion:On the basis of qualitative research on exploring user'attitudes and functional requirements, and based on Fitch's supportive care framework for Cancer Care, and combining relevant domestic and foreign literature, the“Internet+”content module index system of transitional care service for patients after gastric cancer operation was preliminarily constructed, and the first round of expert consultation table was formed after full discussion and research by the research team.4.Delphi:Multiple experts(19 in the first round and 17 in the second round)were selected as consultants for the content module construction. After two rounds of expert consultations,a“Internet+”content module index system of transitional care service for patients with gastric cancer after operation was formed.5.Statistical method:Excel 2019 and SPSS22.0 were used to statistically analyze the mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, and Kendall's harmony coefficient of the two rounds of index scores. The basic situation of experts is described by frequency and constituent ratio.Expert enthusiasm coefficient and authority coefficient are used to express the enthusiasm and authority of experts.Kendall coordination coefficient is used to reflect the coordination degree of expert opinions, and mean and variation coefficient are used to indicate the concentration of expert opinions Degree. And the above indicators are used to test the reliability of the consultation results.Results1.Qualitative research shows that users(patients after gastric cancer surgery, nurses and caregivers)have different attitudes towards the use of the platform.Due to the home care problems, social trends, and caring tiredness of home caregivers, the majority of users need to use the platform. The functional requirements of the platform are mainly reflected in the interface presentation, required functions and management.2.On the basis of qualitative research, and based on Fitch's supportive care framework for Cancer Care, integrated relevant literature and research team's discussion results,a preliminary“Internet+”content module index system of transitional care service for gastric cancer after operation has been formed, which has a total of 4 first-level indexes,18 second-level indexes and 57 third-level indexes.3.Through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation, the“Internet+”content module index system of transitional care service for gastric cancer after operation was finally confirmed, which included 4 first-level indexes,17 second-level indexes,and45 third-level indexes. The enthusiasm of the experts in the two rounds of consultation were 90%and 89%,respectively.The authority coefficients were 0.84and 0.85 respectively. After the two rounds of expert consultation, the coordination degree of expert opinions gradually increased, and the Kendall coordination coefficient of importance was0.174~0.250,the Kendall coordination coefficient of feasibility was 0.179~0.339,and the difference has the statistically significant in?~2-test.The coefficients of variation of importance and feasibility of the indicators after two rounds of consultation are 0.00~0.21,and the opinions of experts are relatively concentrated.ConclusionThis study draws the following conclusions:1.The majority of users(patients after gastric cancer surgery, nurses and caregivers)who need to use the“Internet+”continuous care service platform for patients with gastric cancer after postoperative, the functional requirements are mainly reflected in practical convenience and safety and reliability.2.An“Internet+”index system of content module of transitional care service for gastric cancer after operation based on Internet with 4 first-level indexes,17 second-level indexes, and 45 third-level indexes was constructed. The results are certainly scientific and reliable, which can provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of an information platform for transitional care services after gastric cancer surgery to meet the health needs of patients.
