Objective:1.To study the microbiological characteristics of klebsiella pneumoniae with high virulence and drug resistance.2.Blood classification of carbapenems resistant klebsiella pneumoniae in southern jiangxi was studied.3.To study the drug resistance mechanism of carbapenems resistant klebsiella pneumoniae in southern jiangxi.4.The virulence characteristics of carbapenems resistant klebsiella pneumoniae in southern jiangxi were studied.Method:1.Source of the strain: carbapenems klebsiella pneumoniae strains isolated from six hospitals in southern jiangxi province in the past 2 years were collected to summarize the serotypes of carbapenems KP resistant strains in southern jiangxi province.2.The above strains were collected for blood classification: klebsiella pneumoniae resistant to carbapenems were collected from six hospitals in southern jiangxi province from January 2016 to December 2018.PCR was used to determine the serum capsular typing.3.Collect points strains using pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PEGE)experiment,such as virulence factors analysis: to determine the main classification,klebsiella pneumoniae of filtered capsular serotype strains bases sequence analysis and pulsed field gel electrophoresis analysis,the PCR method is adopted to determine the virulence genes,the virulence gene is in transmission.Anti-neutrophil phagocytosis test,serum resistance test and biofilm formation test were used to evaluate the virulence of different serotypes.4.Through the references.Through the detection of drug resistance genes,the mechanism of drug resistance of the strain obtained was analyzed: reference studies were consulted to study the possible causes of drug resistance mechanism.RESULTS:1.The main blood-clearing type of carbapenems resistant klebsiella pneumoniae in ganzhou was K2,accounting for about 20%.2.Only one strain of klebsiella pneumoniae collected in southern jiangxi was negative in the wire-drawing test,with a positive rate of 96.25%.3.People infected with carbapenems resistant klebsiella pneumoniae showed common characteristics such as long hospital stay and low immunity.4.80 strains of klebsiella pneumoniae resistant to carbapenems antibiotics were all strains from southern jiangxi,among which 20% were positive for serum resistance.5.The phagocytosis of neutrophils was not obvious for all strains in the experiment.6.Among the 80 strains,drug-resistant genes blaKPC-2、blaSHV-12 were more common.The most widely recognized cause of resistance is probably the KPC locus.Conclusion:1.The serotyping is similar to that reported in the literature.The highest K2 type appears in the southern part of Gannan.2.We find that there is a certain virulence gene inheritance phenomenon between the carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae.
