Objective:Aimed to study the indoor influencing factors of wheezing diseases in Shihezi area,so as to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and control of wheezing diseases in children in Shihezi area. Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,a total of 382 children in the wheezing group and control group were treated in the Department of Pediatrics,Emergency and inpatient Department of the first affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University.the family history, birth and feeding patterns, respiratory system diseases and living environment of the two groups were investigated by questionnaire, and the data were statistically analyzed. Results:There were 382 14-year-old children and 158 wheezing children in Shihezi city,112males(70.9%)and 46 females(29.1%).There were 224 healthy children in the control group,144 males(64.3%)and 80 females(35.7%).There were 124 wheezing children(78.5%)in the3-year-old group,24 in the 6-year-old group(15.2%),and 10 in the 14-year-old group(6.3%).There were 160 children in the 3-year-old group(71.4%)in the control group,40 in the6-year-old group(17.9%)and 24 in the 14-year-old group(10.7%).There was no significant difference in the distribution of gender and age groups between the two groups. The perinatal and birth conditions of the two groups were compared and analyzed. The results showed that family history(χ~2=19.526,P<0.05),mode of production(χ~2=32.546,P<0.05),birth weight(χ~2=8.489,P<0.05),breastfeeding after birth(χ~2=6.253,P<0.05),eczema within 1 year old(χ~2=29.487,P<0.05).and the prevalence of wheezing diseases were statistically significant.A comparative analysis of the living conditions of the children in the two groups showed that, whether the living room is equipped with air conditioning(χ~2=26.699,P<0.05),whether the child has a separate room(χ~2=48.525 P<0.05),whether passive smoking(χ~2=17.728,P<0.05),changing the quilt cover frequently(χ~2=39.930 P<0.05),whether there are flowers in the living room(χ~2=23.944,P<0.05),whether it is close to the main road(χ~2=18.483 P<0.05),are statistically significant.Binary Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the significant variables of the above univariate analysis:cesarean section(OR=3.470,95%CI:1.623-7.420),eczema within 1 year old(OR=2.270,95%CI:1.354-3.806),passive smoking(OR=2.295,95%CI:1.369-3.849),indoor air conditioning(OR=1.757,95%CI:1.025-3.013)indoor flowers(OR=1.986,95%CI:1.172-3.365)are independent risk factors for the occurrence of wheezing diseases, and there is separate room(OR=0.256,95%CI:0.139-0.472),change the sheets frequently(OR=0.308,95%CI:0.162-0.586)are protective factors for the occurrence of wheezing diseases in children. Conclusion:Through investigation and analysis,it is found that cesarean section, eczema, passive smoking, indoor installation of air conditioning, indoor cultivation of flowers, are the risk factors for the occurrence of children’s asthmatic diseases, children have a separate room, often change the sheets is the protective factors for the occurrence of asthmatic diseases.Avoiding the risk factors and strengthening the protection factors are of guiding significance to the prevention and control of asthmatic diseases.
