| Objective:Retrospective analysis was performed on young patients with pulmonary ground glass opacity(GGO)undergoing thoracic surgery in the First Hospital of Jilin University. The general clinical data, laboratory indicators, clinical symptoms, imaging features, and histopathological characteristics of the patients were statistically analyzed.Data analysis was performed by SPSS 22.0to predict the risk factors of benign and malignant lung nodules in young people.Materials and Methods:The clinical data of 136 young patients with ground glass opacity(GGO)who were treated in the Department of Thoracic Surgery of the Jilin University First Hospital from January 2012 to November 2019 were collected. The patients were divided into benign group(inflammatory pseudotumor,Mechanical pneumonia, solitary fibroid, bronchiolar adenoma, intrapulmonary lymph nodes, tuberculosis)and malignant group(Adenocarcinoma in situ,Invasive adenocarcinoma, slightly invasive adenocarcinoma, adenocarcinoma in situ, small cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma)according to the type of histopathology The statistics of general information, tumor markers, imaging indicators and other data of patients were statistically analyzed, and the data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 22.0.The measurement data were tested for normality. All data that conformed to the normal distribution were expressed as mean±standard deviation(x±S).Comparison between the two groups was performed by independent sample t test. The data that did not meet the normal distribution were expressed as the median(quartile),and the comparison between groups was performed using the Mann-Whitney U test. The classification data are expressed by the number of cases(percentage),and the comparison between groups is byχ~2 test.Logistic regression was used to screen the influencing factors of benign and malignant lung nodules in young men. Results:A total of 136 eligible patients were included in this study, including 26 in the benign group and 110in the malignant group.Univariate analysis showed statistically significant family history,CEA,CYFRA21-1,nodule diameter, marginal burr sign, pleural depression sign, vascular bundle sign, vacuole sign, and lobulation sign.Taking nodules as malignant as the dependent variable, nodule diameter, nodular nature, vacuole sign, defoliation, marginal burr, pleural depression, vascular bundle sign,CEA,CYFRA211,and family history were used as independent variables.Method to build a binary logistic regression model. The results showed that diameter, nodular nature, lobes, pleural depression, and vascular clustering signs were independent factors affecting the benign and malignant nodules of young ground-glass nodules.Conclusion:(1)Nodule diameter, lobulation sign, vascular bundle sign, nodular nature, and pleural depression sign have important diagnostic significance for distinguishing benign and malignant pulmonary ground glass opacity(GGO).(2)Most of the young patients with pulmonary ground glass nodules have no obvious symptoms.Routine physical examination of young people should pay more attention. |
