Clinical Efficacy Of Yu-Jiang Detoxification Mixture In The Treatment Of Chronic Rhinosinusitis By Rinsing Nasal-nasal Sinuses

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yu-jiang detoxification mixture in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis by rinsing nasal-nasal sinuses,and to further explore its effectiveness and safety.Methods: Sixty-four patients with chronic rhinosinusitis who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and observation group.Subjects was given either Yu-jiang detoxification mixture to rinse nasal-nasal sinuses twice a day at 20ml/time for two weeks or 0.9% normal saline.Outcome measures included the Symptom scale,VAS scale,measurements of Lund-Kennedy endoscopic scoring,Lund-Mackay sinus CT scan lesion range scoring system and saccharin test.And the case observation table was filled in.All clinical data were analyzed by statistical SPSS25.0 software.Results: There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the general information such as gender,age and course of disease before treatment(P>0.05),suggesting comparability.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group was shown:1.Comparison of symptom scores: After treatment,the scores of nasal congestion,runny nose,dysosmia and headache decreased in the two groups.After statistical treatment,at one week and two weeks of treatment,the differences in symptom scores were statistically significant except for dysosmia(P<0.05),which showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group in relieving nasal congestion,runny nose and headache.2.Comparison of VAS scores: VAS scores of patients in both groups decreased after treatment.Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups at one week and two weeks of treatment(P>0.05).3.Comparison of Lund-Kennedy scores: The Lund-Kennedy scores of the two groups decreased after treatment.Through statistical treatment,there was no significant difference in Lund-Kennedy scores after one week of treatment(P > 0.05),but there was significant difference in Lund-Kennedy scores after two weeks of treatment(P < 0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.4.Comparison of Lund-Mackay scores: The Lund-Mackay scores of patients in the two groups decreased after two weeks of treatment.By statistical analysis,there was significant difference in Lund-Mackay scores between the two groups(P<0.05).And the results showed that the improvement of sinus lesions in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.5.Comparison of saccharin time: The saccharin time of the two groups decreased after treatment.Through statistical treatment,there was no significant difference in saccharin time after one week of treatment(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in saccharin time after two weeks of treatment(P<0.05).The results showed that the improved function of nasal mucosa cilia in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion:Yu-jiang detoxification mixture in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis by rinsing nasal-nasal sinuses,which can partly improve the signs of subjects,relieve symptoms,and restore nasal mucosal cilia transmission,and has good clinical curative effect.Compared with 0.9% normal saline,Yu-jiang detoxification mixture has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis by rinsing nasal-nasal sinuses.
