Objective:To investigate the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1(HIF-1)and E-cad in type Ⅰ endometrial carcinoma and their relationship with clinicopathological features.Methods:1.From May 2018 to October 2019,47 cases of type Ⅰ endometrial adenocarcinoma,30 cases of atypical endometrial hyperplasia and 30 cases of normal endometrial tissue were selected, among which 14 cases were highly differentiated,15 cases were moderately differentiated and 18 cases were poorly differentiated.According to the operation pathology stage revised by the International Federation of Obstetrics and gynecology(FIGO 2009),there were20 cases in stage Ⅰ,17 cases in stage Ⅱand 10 cases in stage Ⅲ;32 cases in depth of myometrial infiltration < 1/2,15 cases in depth of myometrial infiltration ≥ 1 / 2;37 cases without lymph node metastasis,10 cases with lymph node metastasis. The average age was 47.56 ± 15.49 years.2.The expression of HIF-1 and E-cad in selected tissues was detected by SP immunohistochemistry.3.SPSS 22.0 software was used and chi square test was used to analyze the counting data.P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant. The correlation was analyzed by Spearman’s rank correlation analysis, and the test level was α = 0.05 on both sides.4.To analyze the expression of HIF-1 and E-cad in different endometrial tissues and their relationship with the clinicopathological characteristics of patients, and to analyze the correlation between them.Results:1.The positive expression rate of HIF-1 in endometrial adenocarcinoma and atypical hyperplasia was 72.3% and 36.7%,respectively,which was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium(10.0%,P < 0.01).2.The expression rate of E-cad in endometrial adenocarcinoma was 34.0%,lower than that in atypical hyperplasia group(56.7%)and normal endometrium group(93.3%)(P < 0.01).3.The expression of HIF-1 in type Ⅰ EC was not related to the age and histological grade of the patients(P > 0.05),but related to the pathological stage of the tumor, the depth of myometrial invasion and the presence or absence of lymph node metastasis(P < 0.05).4.The expression of E-cad was not related to the age of patients(P > 0.05),but related to the histological grade, pathological stage, depth of myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis(P < 0.05).5.The expression of HIF-1 was high and that of E-cad was low in endometrial adenocarcinoma(r =-0.560,P < 0.01).Conclusion:1.The high expression of HIF-1 and the down-regulation of E-cad play an important role in the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma, which is of great significance to the potential therapeutic target and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.2.The expression of HIF-1 and E-cad in type Ⅰ endometrial carcinoma is not related to age,but to pathological stage, depth of myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis. The expression of E-cad is also related to histological grade of tumor, while the expression of HIF-1 is not related to histological grade of tumor.
