Objective:To explore the risk factors of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)combined with clostridium difficile infection(CDI).Methods:We searched the databases PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and SinoMed,and included the literatures on risk factors related to IBD combined with CDI from the establishment of the database to June 2019,screened the literatures according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, extracted the data and evaluated the quality, and then used RevMan5.3 software for Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 21 literatures were included, including 737 cases in the IBD complicated with CDI group and 4340 cases in the IBD non CDI group.Metaanalysis results show that the total risk factors about IBD complicated with CDI is seven, respectively is: age, colonic involvement, antibiotics,PPI,glucocorticoid and immunosuppressants, biological agents, including colon involvement, the recent use of antibiotics, glucocorticoids, and biological agents is a risk factor for IBD patients merged CDI,the OR value(95% CI)respectively are 1.68(1.04~2.71)、1.46(1.16~1.82)、1.86(1.20~2.89)、1.52(1.17~1.98).Conclusion:Colon involvement, recent antibiotic use, glucocorticoid and biologic agents are risk factors for CDI in IBD patients. Therefore, paying attention to the related risk factors of IBD combined with CDI is of great significance for the prevention and diagnosis of diseases, and further reduces the colon resection rate and mortality of IBD patients.
