How to ensure that personal medical information records are stored and shared in a more secure manner has become the main point of research in the medical field around the world,and it is the key and focus of medical information construction.In the process of China's medical informatization construction,a regional medical information resource sharing model has been adopted.This traditional medical data sharing model has set up regional centers to store and share data.That is,a centralized and unified medical data center is established in an area.Each medical institution stores medical data in the data center to achieve regional medical data sharing.However,after researching and analyzing this model,it is found that the centralized and unified data center has the problems of single point of failure of the server and the medical data is easy to be tampered with.Data management rights prevent medical patients from using or authorizing their own medical data.In addition,due to the lack of unified construction specifications and technical standards,the technologies used by different medical information system vendors in developing the system,the health standards followed,the data models established,and the understanding of the same business are all different,so that even Ignoring the potential safety hazards brought about by the regional sharing model has realized basic medical data sharing,and it has not been able to analyze and understand the shared data,and has lost the authenticity and availability of medical data.Therefore,the traditional regional medical information resource sharing model has not solved the problems of medical data sharing security and the difficulty of interoperability among medical institutions,so that the information systems of a large number of medical institutions are still in an "information island."In summary,there is a contradiction between data security and data sharing in the traditional medical information resource sharing model.A simple sharing of medical data does not guarantee the security of medical data.Therefore,this paper aims at a series of urgent problems such as weak data privacy protection,difficult cross-agency trust,poor data traceability,poor business synergy,inconsistent data standards,and medical data sovereignty in the traditional medical information resource sharing model.The key influencing factors of the information resource sharing process,combined with blockchain technology with characteristics such as chain structure,distributed,P2 P network,and automated script execution,build a decentralized,traceable,and tamper-resistant medical information resource sharing Blockchain model.In order to build a highly feasible and practical medical information resource sharing blockchain model,this article first analyzes and summarizes the current research status at home and abroad,and finds that the current medical information resources are mainly addressed from two aspects of data storage methods and access control permissions Sharing difficulties and data privacy security issues.Then,through an in-depth analysis of medical information resource sharing needs,the medical blockchain is innovatively used to verify and store medical data to ensure the integrity of medical data,and to explore a distributed node consensus algorithm to generate and update data to determine the medical data.Authenticity,proposed an access control scheme based on cryptography to ensure the security of medical data transmission and access,and designed a smart contract composed of automated script code to check the consistency of uploaded medical data standards.Finally,through the establishment of the alliance chain node in Ubuntu,Remix compilation of smart contracts,and API interfaces to achieve medical data sharing simulation experiments based on the FHIR standard,and system analysis shows that the alliance blockchain system built based on this model has higher fault tolerance and is The large throughput ensures that this model has high feasibility and practical value.
