Objective:To explore the correlation between the serum miRNA-122 expression levels and the degrees of inflammation necrosis,HBV DNA,ALT,and HbeAg from the patients with chronic hepatitis B infection(CHB),and evaluate its clinical value for the disease development and treatment.Methods:1.90 cases of CHB patients were enrolled from hepatobiliary hospital with 90 healthy people as control group, and their clinical data were collected as well.2.The serum ALT were detected by Automatic Chemistry Analyzer.3.The serum HBeAg were detected by chemiluminescent immunoassay system.4.The quantity of serum HBV-DNA and the relative expression of serum miRNA-122 were detected by Quantitative Real-time PCR.5.Stage of liver tissue inflammation grades were classified by histochemistry analysis from liver tissue punctured.Results:1.The relative expression of miRNA-122 in serum of CHB were significant increased compared with the control(P<0.001).2.The relative expression level of serum miRNA-122 was significantly increased in group with higher ALT than others group(P<0.01).3.The relative expression level of serum miRNA-122 in group with positive HBeAg was significantly increased than that with negative HBeAg(P<0.01).4.There was no significant correlation between the quantity of serum HBV-DNA and the relative expression of serum miRNA-122(P>0.05).5.The relative expression level of serum miRNA-122 were increased significantly in group with severe liver tissue inflammation than those with mild to moderate liver tissue inflammation(P<0.001).Concludes:1.The expression of miRNA-122 in serum of CHB was significantly increased with higher level of serum ALT.2.The expression of miRNA-122 in serum of CHB was increased with sever liver tissue inflammation.3.These indicated serum miRNA-122 level may be served as a useful predictor for patients with liver inflammation suffering from chronic hepatitis B virus infection.
