Objectives: This paper used systematic evaluation and meta-analysis methods to comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness and degree of effectiveness of primary health care institution consulting services on the physical exercise of the elderly in the community.Future research directions can be used to study intervention from the perspective of "physical and medical integration" Effects of physical exercise for the elderly in the community. Methods:According to the criteria of Chinese and English retrieval terms and literature inclusion, the computer retrieval was carried out for VIP database,Wanfang database,China HowNet database,Elsevier, request,MEDLINE,PubMed,EMBASE,scientedirect, etc.,The data information was extracted for the criteria of literature inclusion, and Cochrane risk bias assessment table recommended by Cochrane handbook was used to evaluate the selected documents Finally,Revman 5.3 statistical software was used to evaluate the system meta-analysis.Results: Of the 15 articles included,11 in English and 4 in Chinese, randomized controlled trials were used.A total of 2286 community veterans were included in this study.Assessed using the Cochrane Risk Bias Assessment Form,12 articles were low risk of bias, and 3 articles were high risk of bias. After meta-analysis,the results showed that(1)Body mass index : the elderly who received consultation services from primary health care institutions had lower BMI than those from other institutions. The body mass index of the consulting service group in the primary health care institution was lower than the combined effect amount of the control group [SMD =-1.20,95% CI =(-1.34,-1.05),P <0.01],and the difference was statistically significant; The combined statistics of the consulting service group and the control group of other institutions [SMD =-0.05,95% CI [-0.66,0.55,P> 0.05] have no statistical significance. This showed that there was no difference in the body mass index between the test group and the control group.(2)Maximum oxygen uptake: The maximum oxygen uptake of elderly people receiving consultation services fromprimary health care institutions was higher than that of the control group. The combined effect size of the consulting service group in the primary health care institution was higher than that in the control group [SMD = 2.109,95% CI =(1.83,2.38),P <0.01] The difference was statistically significant.(3)Diastolic blood pressure : Diastolic blood pressure was lower in elderly people receiving consultation services in primary health care institutions than in the control group. The combined effect size of the consultation service group in the primary health care institution was lower than the control group [SMD =-0.10,95% CI =(-0.15,-0.05),P <0.01] The difference was statistically significant. Conclusions: Compared with the consulting services of other institutions, the consulting services of primary health care institutions can significantly reduce the body mass index and diastolic blood pressure of the elderly in the community and increase the maximum aerobic intake. This provides a new research idea for studying the impact of primary health care institution consulting services on the physical exercise of the elderly in the community from the perspective of "physical and medical integration".Due to the limited number of samples included in the meta-analysis,more rigorous,large-sample,long-term follow-up randomized controlled trials will need to be verified in the future.
