Etiology Analysis Of Tubal Factor Infertility

Objective: The purpose of this topic is to clarify the etiology of TFI in recent years,provide basis for clinical treatment,and find preventive measures from the etiology to reduce the occurrence of infertility,actively prevent TFI and make early diagnosis.Methods: From June 2014 to November 2019 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University,70 patients with TFI diagnosed by gynecology and obstetrics department and laparoscopy combined surgery were selected,including 36 patients with primary infertility and 34 patients with secondary infertility.70 pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as controls,medical history was collected,and univariate and multivariate Logistic regression model analysis and Spearman grade correlation analysis were performed on them.Results: The p values of PID(pelvic tuberculosis),PID(non-specific infection)and endometriosis in the analysis of single-fact and multi-factor Logistic regression models affecting TFI are all < 0.05,with statistically significant differences,and the OR values of the three are PID(pelvic tuberculosis): 11.500,PID(non-specific infection): 51.000,endometriosis: 15.737 respectively.Age,induced abortion and medical abortion history have P values of < 0.05 in the analysis of single-factor Logistic regression model affecting TFI,but P values of > 0.05 in the analysis of multi-factor Logistic regression model.The P values of appendicitis history,pelvic surgery history and ectopic pregnancy history are all > 0.05 in the two statistical methods.The analysis of single-factor and multi-factor Logistic regression models of induced abortion and medical abortion history on secondary TFI showed that the P values of the two statistical methods were all < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The Spearman grade correlation analysis of pelvic adhesion degree and disease course showed that the P values of pelvic adhesion degree and disease course were all > 0.05.Conclusion: PID caused by non-specific infection is the main cause of TFI,followed by endometriosis and pelvic tuberculosis,while induced abortion and medical abortion are the causes of secondary TFI.Age,appendicitis,ectopic pregnancy and pelvic surgery are not the causes of TFI.Pelvic adhesion degree and duration of disease have no grade correlation with TFI.
