Objective:To study the correlation between the levels of serum inflammatory factors in peripheral blood and pulmonary function indexes in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:63 cases of COPD patients in the department of respiratory medicine from August 2017 to August 2018 was enrolled and divided intoⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳlevels by severity,41 healthy subjects at the same period were enrolled as the control group.FEV/Pre and FEV/FVC of all the subjects were determined. The levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-8 and IL-12 in peripheral blood were detected by ELISA.And the correlation between FEV/Pre,FEV/FVC,and hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-8,IL-12 levels were analyzed. Results:The levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-8 were elevated and the levels of IL-12 was decreased as the FEV1/Pre and FEV1/FVC was decreased,hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 were significantly negatively correlated with FEV1/FVC and FEV1/FVC,IL-12 was significantly positively correlated with FEV1/FVC and FEV1/FVC(p<0.05),while IL-2 and IL-4 were not significantly correlated with FEV1/FVC and FEV1/FVC(p>0.05).Conclusion:Hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and IL-12 are significantly correlated with pulmonary function indexes of COPD patients, which might be used as indicators for judging the severity and prognosis of COPD.
