【Objective】To analyze the correlation between different modes of drug administration after vocal cord polyp surgery in 95 cases of day operation mode in our hospital and the early vocal cord morphology and voice function recovery, and to explore the optimized mode of drug administration after operation,so as to make a preliminary attempt to standardize the clinical diagnosis and treatment mode of related cases.【Methods】A total of 95 patients with vocal cord polyps admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to December 2018,who met the inclusion criteria of this study and were treated according to the daytime surgical mode, were divided into three groups according to the principle of "residual number of admission number" : group A(hormone +PPI),group B(hormone),group C(PPI)and group D(blank).Line into the study of patients with preoperative electronic laryngoscopy, voice disorders index scale(VHI scale),the maximum voice time(MPT)inspection, voice acoustic testing, postoperative 1 go electronic laryngoscopy, longest time(MPT)audible acoustic testing, inspection, voice again in January after line electronic laryngoscopy, voice disorders index scale(VHI scale),the maximum voice time(MPT)inspection, voice acoustic detection. The objective and subjective data were statistically analyzed to investigate the effects of different drugs on early vocal cord morphology and voice function recovery.【Results】1.A total of 95 eligible patients were enrolled in this study, with an average age of(45.04 +11.20)years.There was no significant difference in age distribution among different groups after operation(P=0.299).There were 34 males and 61 females aged 1:1.794.There was no significant difference in gender distribution among different groups after operation(P=0.834).2.The preoperative electronic laryngoscope score was 6.93(+1.03).There was no significant difference in the distribution of preoperative laryngoscope score between different groups after operation(P=0.906).The recovery of vocal cords was evaluated by laryngoscopy one week after operation. There were significant differences between group A and C,group A and D,group B and C,group B and D(P < 0.05).It was concluded that the vocal cord morphology recovery was better when combined with methylprednisolone tablets, esomeprazole sodium magnesium enteric-coated tablets or methylprednisolone tablets were given after operation than that of esomeprazole sodium magnesium enteric-coated tablets alone or without medication at 1 week after operation. The vocal cord morphology of group A was better than that of group B,group C and group D(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference between group A and group B,group C and group D(P > 0.05).It was considered that the combination of methylprednisolone, esomeprazole sodium and magnesium enteric-coated tablets or methylprednisolone tablets was better than that of esomeprazole sodium and magnesium enteric-coated tablets or not. There was no significant difference in vocal cords morphological recovery between methylprednisolone tablets and esomeprazole sodium magnesium enteric-coated tablets and non-medicated tablets at 1 week after operation. The recovery of vocal cord morphology was evaluated by laryngoscope one month after operation. There was no significant difference between different groups(P=0.739).3.There was no significant difference in preoperative VHI score between different drug groups after operation(P=0.300);there was no significant difference in postoperative VHI score between different drug groups one month after operation(P=0.136).There were significant differences in VHI scale scores before and after operation in different drug groups and all patients in one month(P < 0.05).It was considered that the VHI scale score in one month after operation was significantly lower than that before operation.4.There was no significant difference in preoperative MPT between different groups after operation(P=0.795).The analysis of variance of three repeated measurements showed that there were significant differences in MPT values obtained at different time points(P=0.000).There was no significant difference in MPT values between different drug groups after operation(P=0.626).There was no significant difference in MPT values between measurement time points and group effects(P=0.205).There were significant differences in MPT mean values between the two groups at different time points(P < 0.05).It was considered that MPT value increased significantly with time before operation,1 week after operation and 1 month after operation.5.There was no significant difference in the Jitter value of voice acoustic parameters between different groups after operation(P=0.719).The analysis of variance of three repeated measurements showed that there were significant differences in Jitter values obtained at different time points(P=0.000).There was no significant difference in Jitter values between different drug groups after operation(P=0.741).There was no significant difference in Jitter values between measurement time points and group effects(P=0.673).There was significant difference in Jitter value between preoperative and 1 week or 1 month after operation(P all less than 0.05).There was no significant difference in Jitter value between 1 week and 1 month after operation(P=0.567).It was considered that Jitter value decreased significantly in 1 week and 1 month after operation, but there was no significant difference between the two measuring points after operation.6.There was no significant difference in the shimmer value of voice acoustic parameters between different groups after operation(P=0.551).The analysis of variance of three repeated measurements showed that there were significant differences in shimmer values at different measuring time points(P=0.000).There was no significant difference in shimmer values between different groups after operation(P=0.696).There was no significant difference in shimmer values between measuring time points and group effects(P=0.584).There were significant differences in shimmer values between the two groups at different time points(P < 0.05).It was considered that the shimmer values decreased significantly with time before operation,1 week after operation and 1 month after operation.7.There was no significant difference in NHR values among different groups after operation(P=0.949).The analysis of variance of three repeated measurements showed that there was significant difference in NHR values obtained at different time points(P=0.031).There was no significant difference in NHR values between different drug groups after operation(P=0.660).There was no significant difference in NHR values between measurement time points and group effect(P=0.415).There was significant difference in NHR value between preoperative and 1 week or 1 month after operation(P all less than 0.05),but there was no significant difference between 1 week and 1 month after operation(P=0.927).It was considered that NHR value decreased significantly at 1 week and 1 month after operation, but there was no significant change between the two measuring points after operation.【Conclusion】1.Short-term oral administration of glucocorticoid in patients with vocal cord polyps after day surgery can improve the recovery of vocal cord morphology at 1 week after surgery, but has no effect on the recovery of vocal cord morphology at 1 month after surgery;Short-term oral administration of PPI had no effect on the recovery of vocal cord morphology 1 week and 1 month after surgery.2.In this study, different postoperative medications had no influence on the postoperative VHI scale,MPT examination, voice acoustic analysis(Jitter,Shimmer,NHR)and other relevant acoustic assessments of patients with vocal cord polyps.3.VHI scale,MPT examination and voice acoustic analysis(Jitter,Shimmer and NHR)showed significant differences before and after surgery.Combined with electronic laryngoscopy, the changes in voice function after surgery could be reflected.
