Research On The Multi-branch Hospital Management Problems And Countermeasures

In recent years,the national economy has developed rapidly and the people’s demand for high-quality medical resources has been increasing.With the continuous development of the hospital collectivization,some large comprehensive public hospitals have expanded the scale of hospital itself through various ways,and gradually formed a scale of efficiency,the development mode of the multi-branch hospital also has be formed.Hunan Provincial People’s Hospital is a third-class hospital,which is located in Changsha,Hunan Province.In 2016,it merged with the Hunan Province Mawangdui Sanatorium,and added the Yuelu Mountain District in Yuelu District,Changsha,the new Hunan Provincial People’s Hospital formed a hospital three areas of development model.In this paper,the hospital is taken for the example to carry out multi-branch hospital management problem research.This paper starts from analysis and summary of main problems and difficulties in multi-branch hospital management of Hunan Provincial People’s Hospital,and then analyses deeply from the difficult problems in the integration of management,effective cost control and medical quality homogenization aspects on how to improve the management level of multi-branch hospital,and analyses the specific measures and the corresponding effect in the aforementioned aspects of Hunan Provincial People’s Hospital.Analysis of case and result shows that these are necessary measures to promote the integrated management of mult-branch hospital through the scientific layout and planning of multi District,the transformation of information systems by means of information technology,the construction of a fair and complete performance appraisal plan.To strengthen and standardize the management of medical equipment and medical consumables,can not only ensure the fair deployment of medical resources in various hospital districts,but also effectively avoid the waste of resources and the cost reduction,and realize the classification and refinement of the cost of medical resources.In the medical quality management,the construction of total quality management system,meticulous management,and five levels of nursing quality control are the key measures to control the homogenization of medical quality and implementation plan.
