Qualitative Study On The Therapeutic Process And Effect Of Yi Shu Psychodrama In Patients With Major Depressive Disorder

Yi Shu psychodrama is created by Dr.Gong Shu.It combines music,dance,painting,Gestalt therapy,traditional Chinese medicine psychology and Taoist philosophy,and integrates Western psychodrama and Oriental philosophy and medical culture.In this paper,qualitative research method is used to study the process and effect of Yi Shu psychodrama.Through the description and analysis of the process data of depression patients’ participation in the treatment of Yi Shu psychodrama and the sharing of interview data,understanding the theory,therapeutic factors and therapeutic effects of Yi Shu psychodrama.This paper consists of six parts: The first,part discusses the characteristics of psychological drama and qualitative research of psychology and literature review,bring out questions.The second part,research objects and methods.The research methods are participatory observation and interview.Combined with case study,it includes two parts.In the first part,through the case analysis of the recording and verbatim manuscript of Yi Shu psychodrama process,the author describesand analyzes the specific details of the nine treatment logic levels under the "half structure group mode" applied to the patients with depression,providing qualitative data for the further improvement of Yi Shu psychodrama mode in clinical application.The second part describes the changes of emotion,cognition and behavior of patients with depression before and after treatment through the coding and analysis of the interview data of the effect of Yi Shu psychodrama,in order to understand the specific effect of Yi Shu psychodrama on the effect of depression patients.The third part,research results.The fourth part,discussion.The fifth part,research reflection and prospect.Sixth,the review,the research progress of the theory and elements of Yi Shu psychodrama.The results of qualitative analysis show that:1."Stabilization" runs through the three stages of Yi Shu psychodrama,namely,the whole process of warm-up,performance and sharing;According to the theory of five viscera,five colors and five emotions,first catharsis and then tonic,and the philosophy of Taoism,and drawing on the theory of Gestalt psychology,behavior therapy,art expressive psychotherapy and other psychotherapy,this paper summarizes the nine treatment logic levels of Yi shu psychodrama applied to depression.2.The feelings of patients with major depressive disorder to participate in the process of psychological drama can be summarized into four themes:(1)The negative sensations decreased and the positive sensations increased.(2)The cognition of patientschanged.(3)The patient brings Yi Shu psychodrama technology and experience into life to help others and themselves.(4)The social function of patients recovered.From the perspective of qualitative research,this study explored the healing process and effect of Yi Shu psychodrama in the "semi-structured group mode" of group therapy of medication depression,which provided a basis for the practice and clinical application of Yi Shu psychodrama.
