Objective Observe the effect of needle knife combined with four-dimensional traction on the improvement of clinical symptoms and spinal balance in middle-aged and young patients with moderate degenerative lumbar scoliosis. Methods The 60 eligible subjects were all outpatients and in-patients of the third department of bone medicine in Xiamen traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital affiliated to Fujian University of traditional Chinese Medicine. It was randomly divided into trial group and control group, the trial group was treated with needle knife combined with four-dimensional traction, and the control group was treated with four-dimensional traction alone.Needle knife once a week, treatment 1month,four-dimensional traction once a day, each traction 0.5-1 hours, traction 5 times a week, treatment 3 months.Patients were evaluated VAS pain scores before and after 3 months of treatment, and patients were allowed to take full-length X linear lateral radiographs of the spine upright. The Cobb angle,T1 pelvic tilt angle and spinal rotation were measured and recorded before and after treatment.Using SPSS20.0 statistical software, the matching normal distribution data were tested by intra-group pairing t,the two-sample t test was used between groups, the paired rank sum test was not used in the normal distribution data group, and the rank sum test was used among the groups to carry out statistical analysis of the test data. Results 1.Before treatment, the two groups were statistically analyzed in terms of sex, age, height, weight, spinal softness index FSC,pain VAS score, angle of Cobb, angle of T1-SPI,degree of rotation of the spine, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),so the two groups were comparable.2.VAS scores of the two groups after intervention were different from those before intervention(P>0.05),and the mean scores of the patients in the trial group decreased better than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).3.The angle of Cobb after intervention in the two groups was different from that before intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the degree of angle reduction of lumbar lateral convex Cobb in the test group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.The TPA after intervention in the two groups were different from before intervention(P<0.05),and the sagittal TPA reduction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).5.The degree of spinal rotation after intervention in two groups was different from that before intervention(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in spinal rotation between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions 1.Four-dimensional traction and needle knife combined with four-dimensional traction have a significant effect on improving the symptoms of low back pain in patients with mild to moderate degenerative lumbar scoliosis, and the latter has a better effect.2.Four-dimensional traction can adjust the balance of the spinal coronal and sagittal planes in patients with mild to moderate degenerative lumbar scoliosis, and the effect of combined with needle knife treatment is more significant.3.Simultaneous four-dimensional traction combined with needle-knife treatment can improvethe spinal rotation of the cross section of patients with degenerative lumbar scoliosis, but the results of the study have not yet proved that the effect is better than the method of four-dimensional traction alone.
