Objective: To explore the clinical effect of hysteroscopic electrotomy and uterine cleaning after uterine artery embolization in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy,so to evaluate the best treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy, and provides cientific basis for clinical treatment.Methods:103 patients with type I and type II CSP admitted to our hospital from January 1,2016 to December 31,2019 were divided into two groups. And 47 cases were used as the experience group,56 cases as the control group. The recovery time of menstruation, the adverse reactions in the postoperation, the hospitalization time, hospitalization cost and reoperation rate of the two groups. Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment, the recovery time of menstruation was(29.94±3.21)days in the experience group and(41.59±8.15)days in the control group which showed statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference between the previous menstrual cycle(29.32±3.27)days and the time of menstrual recovery after operation was statistically significant in the experience group(P<0.05),There was a significant difference between the previous menstrual cycle(29.46±3.19)days and the recovery time of menstruation in the control group(P<0.05);There was significant difference between the experience group(4.25%)and the control group(17.86%)(P<0.05);The hospitalization time of the experience group was 3.00(3.00-3.00)days,which was significantly that of the control group 4.00(4.00-5.00)(P<0.05);The difference of hospitalization expenses between the experience group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05);The reoperation rate of the experience group was 2.12%,which was significantly that of the control group(14.28%)(P<0.05).Conclusion: compared with UAE combined with curettage, hysteroscopic electrotomy has the advantages of good postoperative recovery, less complications and short hospital stay in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy(type I and type II),which is expected to be the first choice for type I and type II CSP patients.
