Clinical Therapy Study And Analysis Of Influencing Factors Of Pregnancy Scar After Cesarean Section

Objective:To study the clinical effects of different treatment methods of patients with pregnancy scar after cesarean section and to analyze the influencing factors.Methods:Select the clinical data of 93 patients with scar pregnancy and divide them into three groups :the methotrexate+mifepristone+uterine curettage group;the scar pregnancy resection+ repair group;the bilateral uterine artery embolization + uterine curettage group.Compare the complication,treatment efficiency,quality of life after treatment and changes in sex hormone levels.The observation group selected 61 patients from above,and the control group selected 114 patients with normal pregnancy in scar uterus.The age,the frequency of induced abortion,the number of cesarean sections and pregnancy,the previous cesarean section indications,the time interval from the previous cesarean section,the uterine incision suture method were analyzed to observe the relationship and the factors contact.Results:In terms of clinical efficacy indexes,therapeutic efficacy,quality of life scores and reducing complications,the uterine artery embolization group is best,P <0.05.In terms of sex hormone levels,There was no statistical difference,P> 0.05.There was no statistical difference in age,the number of cesarean section and pregnancy,the uterus incision suture methods,the complications of labor stagnation,the cephalopelvic disproportion,and other complications such as macrosoma,P> 0.05;the differences in the number of artificial abortions,selective cesarean section,the indication of fetal distress,the umbilical cord around the neck,breech position,social factors,and the time interval less than 2 years and over 10 years were significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:Uterine artery embolization + uterine curettage has a significant clinical treatment effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.Cesarean section scar pregnancy influence factors including the number of abortions and previous cesarean section,indication of the previous cesarean section,choice of cesarean delivery time,and time interval from the previous cesarean delivery,in order to reduce the incidence of scar pregnancy,the most effective ways are to strictly control cesarean section indications,and for women of having no reproductive requires,should be recommended long-term and effective contraception method.
