ObjectsThere may be a variety of adverse reactions in the treatment of anti-tuberculosis drugs, and the change of biochemical indicators after anti-tuberculosis treatment may be one of the manifestations of the adverse reactions of anti-tuberculosis drugs. This study aims to explore the changes of main physiological indicators and clinical significance before and after anti-tuberculosis treatment by retrospective analysis of clinical cases.MethodsA total of 243 patients who met the clinical diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy in the Department of Respiratory Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Medical College from January 2013 to January 2020 were collected as research objects.According to the World Health Organization age classification criteria, they were divided into the following Three groups,44 years old or younger, are divided into youth groups,45 to 59 years old are divided into middle-aged groups,60 years old or older are divided into elderly groups.According to the node of collecting data,it will be divided into pre-treatment data and post-treatment data. All enrolled cases were clinically confirmed patients with tuberculous pleurisy, which met the criteria for discharge and were treated with regular anti-tuberculosis treatment, specifically Isoniazid(INH),Rifampicin(RFP),Pyrazinamide,PZA),Ethambutol(EMB)standard quadruple treatment plan, blood samples collected before the use of anti-tuberculosis drugs and 1 week after the use of drugs, tested by sysmex2800 blood analyzer and Beckman AU5800 biochemical analyzer, collected Related physiological indicators(including white blood cells(WBC),red blood cells(RBC),hemoglobin(HB),platelets(PLT),total bilirubin(TBIL),total bile acids(TBA),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),total protein(TP),urea nitrogen(BUN),uric acid(UA),creatinine(CR)).Statistical analysis was performed using t test,one-way ANOVA,Mann-Whitney test,Kruskal-Wallis test, and ?2 test.Results1.The ratio of 243 patients to men was 2.24:1,and the proportion of young and middle-aged tuberculous pleurisy patients was 81.9%.The gender comparison between the young group and the middle-aged group, the middle-aged group and the elderly group was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of 243 patients with tuberculous pleurisy before and after anti-tuberculosis treatment: WBC,TBIL,TBA,ALT,BUN,UA,CR,HB,RBC were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After 1 week of using anti-tuberculosis drugs, the number and proportion of white blood cells, red blood cells, and hemoglobin decreased in patients with tuberculous pleurisy, and the number of cases of increased white blood cells, red blood cells, and hemoglobin decreased significantly.4.After using anti-tuberculosis drugs, the number of patients with tuberculous pleurisy has a slight increase in the number of platelets, and the number of patients with increased platelet count before and after treatment is the same.5.The total bilirubin, total bile acid, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, and alkaline phosphatase were not significantly abnormal after 1 week of treatment with anti-tuberculosis drugs.6.After 1 week of treatment with anti-tuberculosis drugs, urea nitrogen and creatinine did not increase, and the number and proportion of uric acid increased significantly.Conclusions1.The proportion of young and middle-aged people with tuberculous pleurisy is relatively high.2.Patients with tuberculous pleurisy may undergo changes in blood system after 1week of anti-tuberculosis treatment:(1)Leukocyte decline;(2)Hemoglobin and red blood cells drop;(3)there was no statistical difference in platelet changes, but the level after treatment was slightly higher than before treatment.3.Patients with tuberculous pleurisy received anti-tuberculosis treatment for 1 week, and found that the aspartate aminotransferase increased after treatment in the elderly group compared with before treatment.4.Patients with tuberculous pleurisy may have significantly increased blood uric acid after 1 week of anti-tuberculosis treatment.
