| Objectives:Obesity is a major risk factor for endometrial cancer. However, the relationship between obesity related metabolic factors, such as blood lipid and endometrial cancer is still unclear. We conducted a retrospective analysis on the relationship between serum triglyceride(TG)、 total cholesterol(TC)、low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)、high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and endometrial cancer in 398 women to evaluate the correlation between blood lipid level and endometrial cancer. Methods:From January 1,2018 to May 1,2019,199 cases of endometrial cancer diagnosed by pathology in the Department of gynecology and obstetrics of the First hospital of Lanzhou University were collected, without radiotherapy and chemotherapy before operation,199 cases of endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial polyp diagnosed by pathology in the same period were selected as the control group. The general data of the two groups were reviewed and analyzed:age of onset、gestation、birth and body mass index(BMI);Results of preoperative biochemical blood lipid examination:the differences of TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C and TG/HDL-C ratio between the two groups,to compare the incidence of obesity、hypertension、diabetes and hormone replacement therapy(HRT)between the two groups.Results:1、Compared with the control group, the age of onset、gestation and delivery of endometrial cancer group were significantly different(P<0.05),but BMI was not significantly different(P>0.05).2、Compared with the control group, there were significant differences in serum TC、TG、LDL-C and TG/HDL-C ratio(P<0.05),but serum HDL-C was not significantly different(P>0.05).3、Compared with the control group, the incidence of TC ≥ 5.2mmol/L 、 TG ≥ 1.7mmol/L 、 LDL-C ≥3.4mmol/L、HDL-C<1.0mmol/L and TG/HDL-C≥1.52 in endometrial cancer group was significantly different(P < 0.05),but BMI ≥ 25kg/m2 was not significantly different(P>0.05).4、Compared with the control group, the incidence of hypertension and diabetes in endometrial cancer group was significantly different(P<0.05),but the incidence of obesity and hormone replacement therapy was not significantly different(P>0.05).5、Logistic regression analysis showed that the level of serum TC、TG、LDL-C and TG/HDL-C ratio had significant difference in the relative risk of endometrial cancer, while HDL-C had no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusions:The levels of serum TC、TG、LDL-C and TG/HDL-C ratio were correlated with the occurrence of endometrial cancer.Age of onset、gestation and delivery are the risk factors of endometrial cancer.Hypertension and diabetes are more common in patients with endometrial cancer.Dyslipidemia may be closely related to the occurrence of endometrial cancer.Through the blood lipid screening in the healthy population, early identification of high-risk population and timely intervention,to reduce the risk of endometrial cancer. |
