The Clinical Retrospective Analysis Of 440 Patients With Drug Eruption

Objective: To explore the clinical characteristics and allergenic drugs of drug eruption,and provide reference for clinical diagnosis,treatment and clinical medication.Methods: The clinical data of 440 inpatients with drug eruption during the period from 2013.06-2018.06 of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were retrospectively analyzed.Results: Among the 440 patients,allergenic drug of 283 patients were identified.Patients caused by antibiotics were the most common(37.10%),followed by Chinese patent medicine(28.62%).The most common type of non-severe drug eruption were erythema multiforme(29.54%),of severe drug eruption were Stevens-Johnson syndrome(SJS)(10.91%).Conclusion: The main allergenic drugs in patients with non-severe drug eruption were antibiotics.The main allergenic drugs are mainly Chinese patent medicines in patient with severe drug eruption.In the clinic,drugs should be used rationally,we should strengthen the management of drug use,especially antibiotics.For Chinese patent medicine,strictindications should be clarified to avoid abuse.
