Objective: We perform a network meta-analysis to compare the recurrence rate and pregnancy rate of different auxiliary methods after tanscervical resection of intrauterine adhesions. Methods: PubMed,EmBase and Cochrane Library were searched for randomized controlled trials of various measures to prevent re-adhesions after ranscervical resection of adhesions. The time limit was from the databases creation through September 2019.There were no language restrictions.Make an assessment of recurrence rate and pregnancy rate of different auxiliary methods, the league table shows the results of pairwise comparisons between different interventions, and the assist treatments are ranked by the surface under the cumulative ranking curve. Results: A total of 15 articles were included, involving a total of 1864 patients. In the study of the recurrence rate, the network meta-analysis showed that all the interventions were better than the control group. The SUCRA rankings were: early second-look of hysteroscopy(97.2%),balloon + fresh amniotic membrane(80.6%),and intermittent balloon 78.2%),balloon + freeze-dried amniotic membrane(69.1%),etc.In studies on pregnancy rates, the SUCRA ranking is firstly balloon + fresh amniotic membrane(75.2%),followed by balloon + freeze-dried membrane(66.6%),balloon(61.6%),and intermittent balloon(60.7%)Wait.Conclusion: Various interventions can reduce the recurrence after hysterectomy, early second-look of hysteroscopy, amniotic membrane, and intermittent balloon are more effective. |
