The Development Research Of Discourse On Prescription During Ming And Qing Dynasties

Objective: By systematically sorting out the origin and flow of the connotation of prescriptions,clarify the evolution of the connotation of prescriptions,focusing on the development and internal theoretical elements of prescriptions in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,in order to better guide the prescriptions in the clinic,and provide theoretical reference for the selection of clinical syndrome differentiation Treatment ideas.Methods: It mainly adopts four research methods,namely the literature research method: the literature research method mainly collects,identifies,and organizes the literature,researches the literature,and forms a method of understanding the fact science.Content analysis method: Through the analysis of literature about party theory,the essential content of party theory in different periods is integrated.Qualitative analysis: Qualitative analysis is the analysis of research objects using methods such as induction and deduction,analysis and synthesis,abstraction and generalization.Descriptive research method: The descriptive research method is a simple research method,which gives new conclusions and views through its own understanding and verification of existing phenomena,laws and theories.Results: The concept of Fanglun appeared earlier,which can be traced back to "The Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic",but it was not named after Fanglun.The appearance of Fanglun was first seen in "Small Sketch",which has different connotations and evolves in the subsequent period of history.The process includes pre-legislative legislative basis,medical prescriptions,prescriptions,prescriptions of prescriptions,and one of the genres of ancient medical books,the entire medical theory,and the modern theory.In the Ming and Qing Dynasties,Fanglun has been greatly developed and enriched in form and content.The theoretical elements of Fanglun have gradually become diverse and clear.Conclusion : The development of the connotation of dialect in the Ming and Qing Dynasties is mainly manifested in the following aspects.One is the increase in the number of dialect works.The second is that there are a large number of books on Fanglun Monographs.The third is the enrichment and sublimation of the connotation of the dialect.In addition to the traditional monarch and minister’s theory of envoys,there are the Yin and Yang Five Elements Theory,the theory of sexual taste(including the theory of four qi and five flavors and the theory of six qi Yinsheng),and the specimen theory.The treatment of prescriptions is also more detailed,and highlights the close relationship between the indications and syndrome differentiation.In addition,the discussion on the addition and subtraction of medicines is extremely diverse,including addition and subtraction with symptoms,meridian organs,addition and subtraction with the four seasons,addition and subtraction with different pathogenesis,etc.The clinical reality is more suitable.
