| Objective: To reduce emergency intravenous infusion ratio and improve the rational application of antibiotics in our hospital.Methods: This study conducted a comment on a whole sample emergency infusion prescription with Microsoft Excel.It was to design to complicated statistical and comment rules and finish the comment report efficiently,combined with the functional formulas,array formulas and Visual Basic for Application(VBA)in Excel.Comments including analysis of infusion,drug usage,antibacterial agents,antibacterial agents’ combination,classified statistics of drugs with different diagnoses,no required infusion,department distribution,as well as antibacterials dosing frequency,no indications to use antibacterials,combination of metronidazole,unknown origin diagnosis and md dosing frequency.To carry out clinical intervention through the medical service based on the results of the comment.Each comment would summarize the current results and feedback on the effect of the previous intervention.Results: Emergency infusion ratio,proportion of infusion prescriptions,dosage and combination of antibacterials,no required infusion quantities and irrational use ratio decreased significantly.Conclusion: It could be more accurate to find the problems with the whole sample emergency infusion prescription comment,supplemented by effective clinical intervention,to complete the task to reduce the emergency infusion ratio and the irrational use ratio of antibiotics. |
