Objective To investigate the association between SORL1 rs11218343,ABCA7rs4147929rs3764650,APOC1 rs4420638 gene polymorphisms and the risk of SAD in Mongolian and Han population.Method We investigated 887 SAD patients and 433 healthy control subjects matched for age and gender.PCR,SNPscanTMkit were used to genotyping the polymorphisms of SORL1,ABCA7,APOC1genes in SAD patients and healthy controls.Result?1?In Mongolian population,The results indicated that the differences of SORL1 rs11218343 genotype between case and control group have statistical significant??2=6.401,P=0.041?,the allele frequencies between case and control group have no statistical significant.However,no positive signals with SORL1 rs1121843genotypes and alleles in Han population case and control group were observed.After stratified for APOE?4 carriers and non-carriers,there was no statistically significant difference between case and control group of SORL1 rs1121843.?2?No statistical significant in genotype and allele frequencies of ABCA7rs4147329 in case and control group of the Mongolian and Han population.After stratified for APOE?4 carriers and non-carriers,in the subgroup of Apo E?4carriers,ABCA7 rs4147929 allele frequencies between case and control group have statistical significant,the allele A is increase the protection of AD?OR=0.530,95%CI=0.295?0.952?,but ABCA7 rs4147929 genotype have no statistical significant;in the subgroup of Apo E?4 non-carriers,no positive signals with ABCA7 rs4147929genotypes and alleles in case and control group were observed.?3?No statistical significant in genotype and allele frequencies of ABCA7rs3764650 in case and control group of the Mongolian and Han population.?4?In Mongolian population,the differences of APOC1 rs4420638 genotype and allele frequencies between case and control group have statistical significant?P<0.05?,the allele G is increase the risk of AD?OR=3.136,95%CI=2.34?4.29?.There were no significant differences in the distribution of APOC1 rs4420638genotypes and alleles between case and control group in Han population.After stratified for APOE?4 carriers and non-carriers,there have no statistical significant of APOC1 rs4420638genotype and allele frequencies between case and control group.Conclusion?1?SORL1 rs11218343 might increase the risk of SAD of Mongolian population in Inner Mongolia.?2?APOC1 rs4420638 might increase the risk of SAD of Mongolian population in Inner Mongolia,the alleles G increase the risk SAD Mongolian disease.?3?ABCA7 rs4147929?ABCA7 rs3764650 are not associated with SAD of Han and Mongolian population in Inner Mongolia?4?SORL1 rs11218343,ABCA7 rs4147929?rs3764650,APOC1 rs4420638 are not associated with SAD of Han population in Inner Mongolia,there may excit genetic differences between different nationalities.
