Objective: This topic mainly studies the correlation between TCM syndromes of patients with lung adenocarcinoma and neutropenia caused by TP chemotherapy, and further clarifies the main syndromes of lung adenocarcinoma patients who have neutropenia and the severity of the decrease during TP chemotherapy.Method: Seventy-three patients with lung adenocarcinoma who were hospitalized between January 2018 and December 2019 in Sichuan Provincial Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine and met the inclusion criteria for this study were selected, and the patients’ gender, age, smoking history, surgical history,TNM stage, bone Metastasis, the presence or absence of diabetes and hypertension,TCM syndromes before chemotherapy and the lowest value of blood routine neutrophils after the first cycle of TP chemotherapy.Sort and check the above information and enter it into the database.Statistical analysis of the correlation between TCM syndromes and CIN and CIN classification after chemotherapy Correlation. The count data is expressed by frequency and percentage. The data and data were analyzed by Spearman rank correlation and chi-square test(or fisher’s exact probability method)analysis in SPSS25.0 statistical software.P value <0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: TCM syndromes in patients with lung adenocarcinoma are related to the occurrence of neutropenia after TP chemotherapy(P value <0.05),and also to the degree of neutropenia(P value <0.05).Among them, the deficiency of lung and spleen qi is more likely to reduce granulocytes and heavier granulocytes after chemotherapy(P value <0.05).Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome is relatively less prone to neutropenia after chemotherapy(P value <0.05).In terms of the relationship between clinical basic conditions and syndrome types, patients who have undergone surgery for lung cancer are more likely to become lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome(P value <0.05).The patient’s age, smoking history,TNM stage, bone metastasis, and the presence of hypertension, diabetes, and other comorbidities were not significantly related to TCM syndrome types. Conclusion: TCM syndrome types are related to whether neutropenia and the degree of neutropenia occur after TP chemotherapy.Among them, the lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome is more likely to have neutropenia and heavier neutropenia after chemotherapy.Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome is relatively difficult to reduce granulocytes after chemotherapy.Patients who have undergone surgery for lung cancer are more likely to become spleen deficiency syndrome.
