| Objective: Parkinson’s disease(PD)is a common nervous system degenerative disease, constipation is one of the main non motor symptoms in patients with PD,at present,a lot of treatment to suit the softening stool, catharsis, this method more anal, inconvenience, let patients or patients with dysphagia via oral drug obstacles such as problems,in this case may require other treatments. The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical effect of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation(r TMS)on PD constipation.Method: According to include and exclude criteria, select 80 cases of constipation in patients with Parkinson’s disease were randomly divided into routine drug treatment and high frequency(5 Hz)repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation group(observation group)and conventional drug treatment and false stimulation group(control group),observations and according to the two groups before and after treatment in patients with chronic constipation severity rating scale(CSS)score changes of the quantitative evaluation of constipation symptoms improve the number to evaluate the efficacy of treatment. Results: After treatment, the CSS scores of patients in both groups decreased, including 9 cases in the observation group(including 1 case by 3 points,2 cases by 2 points,6 cases by 1 point)and 2 cases in the control group(both by 1 point).Compared with before treatment, the observation group had a significantly higher rate of improvement in patients with PD constipation than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: This study confirmed the effectiveness of r TMS in the treatment of constipation in Parkinson’s disease, which can significantly improve the difficulty and sense of defecation in patients with PD constipation, and no serious adverse reactions have been found, indicating that this is a safe and effective non-drug therapy for constipation improvement. |
