Study On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Family Doctor Contract Service In Shenyang Urban Area

Family doctor signing service is an important measure for effective management of residents’ health and a major plan for national health development.Shenyang City is a pilot area in Liaoning Province to carry out family doctor signing service.Studying the current status and problems of family doctor signing service in Shenyang city will help to improve the medical and health level of Shenyang City.Based on interviews with family doctors’ contract service providers and patients and the development of Shenyang family doctors’ contract service,the current situation of Shenyang family doctors’ contract service was expounded.Interviews were conducted with some medical personnel to summarize the problems of family doctors’ signing services from the perspective of suppliers.Interviews were conducted with residents within the jurisdiction to learn about residents’ medical treatment concepts and information channels for obtaining contracted services from family doctors.After sorting out the interview results,four problems existing in the contract signing service were pointed out: poor coordination of the organization,limited service ability of the contract signing team,low awareness of family doctors among residents and imperfect intelligent contract signing service.Analysis of the causes of the problem,summed up the advanced experience of domestic and foreign contracted services for family doctors.In the light of the problems existing in the signing service in Shenyang city,some concrete countermeasures are put forward from four aspects of the cooperation mode of the organization,the incentive mode of talent cultivation,the propaganda channel,the mechanism construction and the intelligent service.Through the research on the current situation and problems of family doctors’ contract service in Shenyang city,more useful reference is provided for the construction of Shenyang family doctors’ contract service mode and is of great significance for guiding the development of primary health care reform.Figure 3;Table 4;Reference 45...
